★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya beli voucher pasang behel di fave, pas nelfon merchant bwt appointment di tolak, akhirnya saya refund, smp skrg duitnya ga masuk smp masuk tagihan CC saya, parah banget sumpah.....
 I bought a stirrup voucher in fave, when I called the merchant bwt the appointment was refused, I finally refunded, until now the money didn't enter until I entered my CC bill, it was really swearing .....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beli voucher kecantikan merchant nya belagu banget kayak udah kebanyakan pelangan aja.. baru realized voucher sudah hari terakhir merchant tidak mau kerjasama dgn alasan harus booking H-1 enak ya makan uang client voucher jd hangus duwit sia sia.. sudah email CS hari yg sama dihandle dgn CS Arnold no solution.. kapok banget buang uang sia sia
Buy the merchant's beauty vouchers are really doubtful, just like most customers .. just realized the voucher is the last day the merchant doesn't want to cooperate with the reason to have to book a delicious H-1, yeah, eat the client vouchers so it will be burnt down in vain ... already CS email the same day dihandle with CS Arnold no solution ... very bad to waste money in vain

2 Months ago I came directly to make a complaint regarding the use of vouchers, was furious. arrived at the office Fave handled by CS who was super friendly and my obstacle was immediately solved in 5 minutes, super Fast. Thank u Fave and his super Fast CS team

Proses nya sangat amat cepat, mba wulan kasih estimasi senin, tapi minggu pagi sudah berhasil pengembalian dana nya.

Thank you to Ms. Wulan for helping with my wife's constraints on Friday when my wife and I complained to Fave's office.
The process was very very fast, mba wulan gave estimates Monday, but Sunday morning had succeeded in his refund.

I paid but the voucher doesnt show right away. Waited 1 hour in front of cashier and contacted Cust Service inside the App. But NO USE. MANA TANGGUNG JAWABNYA?
Also, do NOT trust their rating, because they only show the good ones. Seriously, move to other Apps
