★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Bank Mandiri Services During covid 19, this process took a bit of time because they had to queue and follow protocular work from the officers.nThe effect for parking a 4-wheeled vehicle is rather difficult & full, and the solution is we have to park in the Bujangan / Upnormal Bakso area.
This upnormal position is replacing Sevel. The building is shared with Bakso Boedjangan (lower floor) and Upnormal itself is on the top floor.
Please improve your speed off queue and capacity off your parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. Only 70% CS available everytime I visit. Long idle time when there is no more customer serve. They even chi chat to each other! Meanwhile, lots of customer are waiting in the queue!
Kebanyakan ngobrol CS nya. Ada isu sedikit di 1 customer semua ikut nimbrung. Ga efisien!!
