★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tolong layanan teller diperbaiki. Setoran tunai dibawah digit nol 6 saja lebih dari 5 menit. Nasabah baru yang hanya melakukan setoran pertama sebaiknya ada antrian sendiri,bukannya langsung datang ke depan teller dan menyela antrian

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Selama covid 19 ini jadi agak lama prosesnya karena harus mengantri dan ikuti protokuler dari petugas.
Imbasnya untuk parkir kendaraan roda 4 agak susah &penuh , dan solusinya kita harus parkir di area Bakso Bujangan/ Upnormal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan yg sangat mines. Saya ketinggalan kartu atm 2 kali. Yg pertama aman tuh saya sebutkan nama atm nya dikasih. Pengalaman kedua ketinggalan lagi, memang itu salah saya, saya ga sebut saya benar di kasus ini, tapi jangan diperlakukan seperti itu juga. Saat saya tanya ke scurity dengan menyebutkan nama di debit itu pertama dia bilang di oh yang itu sudah di Serahkan ke CS dan kalo mau ambil harus pake surat kuasa bermaterai dan KTP. Oke saya bawa persyaratan nya. Anehnya ditolak sama scurity yg kedua, dengan alasan kartu atm nya tertelan jadi kita ga da kuncinya buat buka. Wait deh jelas banget padahal kalo scurity yg pertama bilang kalo diserahkan ke CS dan dia tau ada nama di kartu tersebut, kalo mau bohong kompromi dulu kalii, saya males debat aja karena saya puasa dan Sudah merasa dipermainkan. Padahal itu hak saya, itu kartu saya, memang punya perusahaan saya, tapi saya sudah bawa bukti-bukti foto debitnya, nomer rekening juga punya, pin juga ada, cap kantor juga ada, pake seragam malah. Kalo saya penipu saya ga mungkin punya semua itu.

Wait, it's really clear, even though security is the first to say that if it was handed over to CS and he knows there is a name on the card, if I want to lie, compromise first, I'm just lazy to debate because I'm fasting and already feel cheated. Even though it is my right, it's my card, it belongs to my company, but I have brought photo proof of the debit, I have an account number, also have a pin, also have an office stamp, even wearing a uniform. If I am a con artist I can't possibly have all of that.
