★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penjelasannya nggak jelas, di suruh bolak balik. Padahal rumah jauh, udah antri dr pagi sampe jam 2. Kalo pagi penjelasannya jelas kan nggak perlu antri selama itu ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan disini memang luar biasa ramah...sekalinya antar orang tua ambil gaji pertama disini saya terkesan sekali pelayanan yg ramah...belum lagi fasilitasnya yg lengkap dan didesain khusus terutama untuk nasabah pensiunan. Saya jadi buka rekening juga...eee ternyata juga bisa untuk nasabah umum....bank mantap memang mantap???
The service here is indeed extraordinarily friendly ... once between parents take the first salary here I'm very impressed that the service is friendly ... not to mention the complete facilities designed especially for retired customers. I opened an account too ... eee was also able to be for general customers .... a solid bank is indeed great???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prosesnya ribet...sekedar transfer kerekening yg sama musti isi form macem2 tdk seperti bank2 lain,dibank lain hanya isi slip penyetoran antri, selesai msalah...sumpah bank ini sangat ribet dan tdk mempermudah nasabah...
The process is complicated ... just a transfer to the same account you have to fill in different forms unlike other banks, in other banks just fill in the queued deposit slip, that's over ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BIAR DIBACA tak kasih bintang 5 kalo perlu 10 bintang. Keluhan pelayanan payah, dioper2 1 hari dr pagi sampe sore urusannya RIBET. Udh ngurus surat kehilangan kok dioper mandiri sana sini. Udh gitu uang sisa yg jadi hak pensiun dak bisa keluar katanya minus. Anehhhh masalah dh kelar tahun kingkong eh masih dibahas. Tolong pelayanannya dibenerin biar para pensiunan nyaman. Baru nemu bank 1 ini udh diurus uang gak bisa keluar. Harus nunggu bulan depan. Pantes aja bank e sepi.

Datang jam 11.35 , jam istirahat 12.00
Sampai jam 13.20 teller belum juga dateng . Sedangkan jam 15.00 sudah tutup.
Berapa kah jam istirahatnya ? Pdhal yg antri banyak , tapi teller 1 pun gak ada yg muncul .
Unsatisfactory service.
Come at 11.35, break time is 12.00
Until 13.20 the teller still hasn't come. While at 15.00 it was closed.
How many hours of rest? Even though there are a lot of people queuing up, but not even teller 1 shows up.
