★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan sangat buruk. security tidak ramah. antrian CS bs d salip sm org krna koneksi. pengalaman pribadi d salip 2 org tnpa pegang nomor antrian.
 very bad service. security is not friendly. the CS queue can pass through to everyone because of the connection. personal experience with 2 people without holding the queue number.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya tidak ramah. CSO nya juga tidak banyak tau soal permasalahan nasabah terutama soal pembelian elektronik melalui app. Saya pernah beberapa kali kesana dan masalahnya tidak terselesaikan. Tapi waktu saya ke bank lain langsung bisa terselesaikan.
Security nya tidak informatif dan kurang ramah. Saya jadi ditanya berulang-ulang. Padahal saya ke bank BNI lain juga oke oke saja.
Hanya atm nya saja yang worth.
The service is not friendly. The CSO also doesn't know much about customer problems, especially about electronic purchases via the app. I have been there several times and the problem is not resolved. But when I went to another bank it was immediately resolved.
Security is not informative and not friendly. I was asked repeatedly. Even though I went to another BNI bank, it was okay.
Only the ATM is worth it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dulu kesini untuk minta riwayat transaksi karena saat transaksi pakai mobile banking error dan aku ga yakin pembayarannya sudah berhasil atau belum. Pas aku kesini aku dimintai buku rekening. Padahal udah dibilang aku pake BNI taplus muda yang GA ADA BUKU REKENINGNYA.

Terus diminta untuk foto copy ktp sama print out halaman pertama e statement yang ada informasinya cabang nama dll. Padahal di e statement aku ga ada. Cuma langsung keterangan singkat di atas soal informasi ku dan rekening. Kemudian langsung saldo.

Biasanya sih aku ke cabang sek lain cuma diminta kartu debit dan ktp. Niatnya sih mau coba yang deket rumah. Tapi malah ruwet. Kurang ramah juga.
I used to come here to ask for transaction history because when the transaction was using mobile banking an error was made and I'm not sure the payment was successful or not. When I came here I was asked for an account book. Even though I already said that I use BNI Taplus young which has no ACCOUNT BOOK.

Continue to be asked for a photocopy of the ID card and print out the first page of the e statement which contains information on the branch name etc. Even though I didn't have my e statement. Just the brief explanation above about my information and accounts. Then immediately balance.

Usually, I go to other branches, only asked for a debit card and ID card. The intention is to try something near the house. But it got complicated. Not friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya bersih rapi nyaman dingin ac trus juga satpam dan petugasnya ramah semua. Satpamnya sangat amat membantuu sejak pertama kali masuk ke ruangan. Kalo pas itu cuma 1 CS 1 teller tapi pelayanannya cepat dan penjelasan juga tepat. Mantabb pokona mahh
The place is clean, tidy, comfortable, cold, ac, and also the security guards and staff are all friendly. The security guard was very, very helpful to me from the first time I entered the room. If it's right, it's only 1 CS 1 teller but the service is fast and the explanation is right. Mantabb pokona mahh
