★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya nasabah cabang Ungaran, rumah Karanggede, mau ganti ATM chip ditolak oleh CS karena saya bukan nasabah disana dan malah disuruh buka rekening baru atau disuruh ganti kecabang Salatiga.. padahal jarak rumah disini jauh mohoin ditingkatkan kinerja dan pengetahuan mengenai aturan yg ada
I am a customer of the Ungaran branch, Karanggede house, I want to change the ATM chip, CS refused because I am not a customer there and instead was told to open a new account or told to change to the Salatiga branch... even though the distance from my house here is far, please improve my performance and knowledge of the existing rules

Tellernya cukup ramah dan bersahaja, tapi kurang gesit
Tempatnya cukup mudah ditemukan. Tapi cupet alias sempit banget

Parkir nya cukup luas, parkir gratis

The place is quite easy to find. But short-sighted aka very narrow
It is located on the left side of the road, across from Alfamart Tegalsari, Karanggede
Taking the queue number is manual
The parking is quite spacious, parking is free
