Antrean panjang. Tempatnya kecil. Nasabah banyak. Jalan menanjak. Musti di perbesar tempatnya. Mengingat nasabahnya jg gak sedikit.

Antrian panjang, no antrian masih pakai manual (kertas ditulis pke spidol) Sering nemui, satpam ngantongin no antrian nanti dikasih ke nasabah yg dia kenal yg dtengnya belakangan.

Halaman depan kurang lebar penuh tempat parkir motor. Yang antrian diluar tidak ada tempat duduk empet empetan. Antrian didalam panggilannya kurang keras.bagi yang lansia tidak mendengarnya

Satpam bank yang paling tidak ramah diantara bank lain bahkan diantara bank BRI lain. Ganti aja. Pelayanan yang sangat sangat tidak baik. Ganti saja satpamnya. Ga pantas jadi satpam bank.
The bank's security guard is the most unfriendly among other banks and even among other BRI banks. Just replace it. Very very bad service. Just change the security guard. Not fit to be a bank security guard.

Antrian cukup panjang, pelayanan kurang ramah dan kurang komunikatif. ATM sering rusak dan kehabisan uang.

Pelayanan ga ramah sama sekali.. antrian panjang di cs karena cs cuma 1 harusnya bisa lebih cepat lagi . Satpam ga ramah sama sekali pecat saja
