Kalo orang lagi sakit terus atm nya ketelen mau urus di bank ini mungkin org nya udah meninggal duluan. Kejadian kartu ATM adik saya ketelen terus di blokir nah pas mau ngurus susah banget. Karna adik saya udah tinggal di cikrng dan gak di karawang lagi jadi mengurus di cabang cikarang tapi susah di setujui dengan bank mandiri karawang ini. Alesan nya pertama karena foto di KTP udah blur jadi gak bisa, ywd kita perbarui KTP kita terus balik lagi buat urus gak di setujui lagi dengan alasan ktp tidak di terbaca di sistem mereka katanya silakan ke dukcapil untuk upgrade, ywd kita upgrade ke dukcapil , pas kita datang lagi ke bank masih gak di setujui katanya ktp nya gak ada foto nya, terus kita cari cara dengan nelpon mandiri pusat saran dari mandiri pusat lakukan pengkinian data di bank mandiri baru bisa di buka blokir, nah kita datang lagi dong ke bank buat pengkinian data tapi kata pihak bank nya apa KTP tidak terbaca di sistem karena belum aktivasi, akhirnya kita telpon dukcapil buat kirim bukti KTP itu sudah di aktivasi dan foto nya ada , beserta rekaman geometriknya, setelah kita lihat kan ke pihak bank mandiri karawang katanya OH OK KAMI AKTIFIN DARI SINI AJA "
Fikiran saya gak tau itu jawaban bener dari SOP apa karena udah malu di skak mat.
Logika aja untuk staff karyawan nya kalo emang KTP Adek saya bermaslaah kenapa pas awal membuka buku rekening tabungan tidak di permaslahkan dan malah di acc ?

terus kalo memang pembaruan sistem kalian seharus nya STAFF IT Nya bikin sistem yang canggih dong , jangan karena sistem kalian org jadi susah dan kalian malah menyalahkan nasabah dan dukcapil kalo ktp belum aktiv. Saran saya ya perbaiki sistem dan SOP nya kalo bisa sistem itu buat mempermudah kerja kalian dan imorove itu di lakukan untuk memudahkan nasabah dalam menghadapi nasabah. Cerita di atas hanya keritikan kami sebagai nasabah, hanya orang orang yang gak mau maju dan menerima kesllahan yang gak mau di kritik . Terima kasih

The incident that my sister's ATM card was running late was blocked, so when I wanted to take care of it, it was really difficult. Because my sister already lives in Cikarang and is not in Karawang anymore, so she takes care of it at the Cikarang branch, but it's hard to agree with this Karawang independent bank. The first reason is because the photo on the ID card is already blurry so it can't be done, so we update our ID card and keep coming back to take care of it, it's not approved again on the grounds that the ID card is not read in their system, they say please go to the dukcapil for an upgrade, that's why we're upgrading to the dukcapil, right? we came again to the bank, it was still not approved, he said the ktp didn't have a photo, then we looked for a way by calling the independent center for advice from the independent center to update the data at the independent bank, then it could be unblocked, now we come again to the bank for an update the data but the bank said the ID card was not read in the system because it was not activated, finally we called the dukcapil to send proof that the ID card had been activated and the photo was there, along with the geometric record, after we looked at the bank Mandiri Karawang he said OH OK US ACTIVATE FROM HERE
My mind doesn't know what the correct answer is from the SOP because I'm already embarrassed at checkmate.
It's just logic for the staff, if my brother's ID card has a problem, why isn't there a problem when opening a savings account book and even acces?

And if it's really updating your system, the IT STAFF should make a sophisticated system, don't because your system makes it difficult and you instead blame the customer and the Civil Registry if the ID card isn't active. My advice is to improve the system and the SOP, if possible, the system is to make your work easier and imorove is done to make it easier for customers to deal with customers.
