Nunggu udh 2 jam itu juga izin jam kerja, pas sampe CS ada informasi yg ga disampaikan ke nasabah, dan buruknya mereka tidak ada minta maaf atau ramah nya sama sekali dg nasabah, jelas kesalahan mereka krn tidak menyampaikan informasi diawal, buang buang waktu buat nasabah yg rela menunggu berjam jam.
Mudah mudahan ada tindakan, seenggaknya respon dari para atasan mandiri yg membaca ini, kalopun tidak ada tindakan ya mudah mudahan ada komplain yg lebih dari ini, kalo tidak ada tindakan apa apa berarti anggep aja kasus ini sepele, jadi butuh kasus komplain yg lebih fatal lg biar ada tindakan.
Padahal pelayan umum seperti CS harusnya mengutamakan attitude contohnya ramah tamah.
Tolong ya ini masih pagi, nasabah juga belum terlalu banyak, jadi kalo alasan nya capek krn udh handle banyak nasabah, saya saranin gausa jadi CS, atau kalo bisa gausa kerja di bidang pelayanan administrasi umum ya.

Waiting for 2 hours is also a working hour permit, when CS arrived there was information that was not conveyed to the customer, and the bad thing was they didn't apologize or be friendly with the customer at all, it was clear that their fault was not conveying the information at the beginning, wasting time for the customer willing to wait for hours.
Hopefully there is action, at least the response from the independent superiors who read this, if there is no action, hopefully there will be more complaints than this, if there is no action what does it mean to think of this case as trivial, so we need a more fatal complaint case. let there be action.
Even though public servants like CS should prioritize attitude, for example being friendly.
Please, it's still early, there aren't too many customers, so if the reason is tired because you already handle a lot of customers, I suggest you don't become a CS, or if you can, don't work in the field of general administration services.
