★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Penanganan kasus saldo berkurang terlalu lama, sudah bikin laporan untuk pengecekan CCTV dan sudah didebet 100rb untuk biayanya, janjinya 14hari kerja, tapi sudah 26hari kerja masih Proses terus. Lamban. Tidak memuaskan nasabah. Payah
