Such a mess Malaysia Airlines! Tried calling you but you don't pick up. Don't make an excuse that your line was busy! Your line was busy 24 hours.
Please fix:
1. Your office location stupid. On internet it shows in sudia budi but the current location is at allianz tower.
2. Publish frequent announcement regarding the changes you make. You are working from home but you didn't even update your goodle address and website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy from this airline! such a scammer! They can suddenly change your ticket without noticing You until last minute. I have this experience. I bought a return ticket to Thailand, I have arranged my hotel there, the travel pass requirement and pcr test and insurance for the date I plan. suddenly they changed the date after I bought everything. during this covid period, everything is complicated to arrange but they take it lightly and push all their mess on us.
i really don't recommend you give up on their very cheap price (looks cheap for non budget airline), even have a lower price than other budget airline. but BIG CONSEQUENCES you need to pay further after giving them your money.
again, they don't do refund. they will keep your money and turn it into voucher to buy another ticket from them.
