★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya di konfirmasi dgn agent bernama RIZKA (tgl 20-03-2019 jam 15.38) sangat buruk, tidak ada intonasi, smiling voice, bahkan seperti introgasi. RIZKA menginfokan bahwa AturDuit tidak bekerjasama dengan BANK yg saya pilih, klo tidak bekerjasama kenapa di internet ada? dan RIZKA ini tidak menjelaskan dan ditanya apapun jawabannya "saya tidak tahu" dengan nada dan suara yg MALES. Apa pegawainya semua males-malesan ? saya tahu mungkin capek tapi tidak ada kerja yg tidak capek. Sangat buruk sih, tidak akan pernah mau lagi urusan sama AturDuit
I confirmed with an agent named RIZKA (20-03-2019 at 15.38) very bad, there was no intonation, smiling voice, even like interrogation. RIZKA informs that AturDuit does not cooperate with the BANK that I choose, if there is no cooperation, why on the internet? and RIZKA did not explain and was asked whatever the answer was "I don't know" with the MALES tone and voice. Are all the employees lazy? I know it may be tired but there is no work that is not tired. Very bad, I will never want to do business with AturDuit again
