-Tidak ramah
-Tidak ada senyum2 nya sama sekali
-Nada bicara nya sombong

β β β β β Berobat yang pertama (Sebelum lokasi klinik pindah) mulai dari bagian pendaftaran, dokter, sama apoteker semuanya oke ramah, komunikatif dan informatif, good.
Pas udah pindah udah 2 kali berobat di tempat baru orang-orang nya pada aneh.
Berobat pertama di tempat baru masih enak meskipun gak seramah pas awal kesana,
Tapiiiiii, pas kemaren periksa anak saya Hari Minggu sekitar pukul 11 berasa mencekamm! itu bagian pendaftaran senyum dikit kek padahal udah tertera disitunya kalau ada pegawai Mahadina Medika yang tidak melakukan 5 S laporkan, daaan yang paling sedih tuh dokternya pas masuk masih dengan gadgetnya, udah gitu gak ramah, pas saya nanyain kondisi tangan saya malah responnya tidak berkenan dihati dokternya laki-laki gak tau namanya siapa.
Mudah-mudahan kami sehat selalu biar ga kesana-kesana lagi, rasanya kapok kalau ada gak enak-enak badan mending ke tempat lain berobatnya deh gak apa-apa bayar tapi puas, atau mending pindah klinik aja BPJS-nya

Tapiiiiii, just yesterday I checked my son. Sunday around 11 o'clock was tense! That's the registration part of a little smile, Grandpa, even though it's already written on it if there is a Mahadina Medika employee who doesn't do 5 S, report it, the most sad thing is that the doctor came in still with his gadget, it was not friendly, when I asked about the condition of my hand, the response was not pleasing to my heart. the doctor is a boy who doesn't know his name.
Hopefully we are always healthy so we don't go there again, it feels like I'm giving up if there is no feeling well, it's better to go to another place to get treatment, it's okay to pay but satisfied, or it's better to just move the clinic to the BPJS

β β β β β Lokasinya strategis tidak jauh dari Rumah sakit cibitung medika, biasanya kalau di klinik ini rujukannya ke cibitung medika,
Dokternya kompeten lah, kan sudah sumpah dokter, namun biasanya dokter tidak mengecek secara detail, biasalah kan dokter tahu penyakit pasien pasti dari hasil tanya tanya ke pasien dan jadi diagnosa.
Pelayanan ramah, kebanyakan pasien BPJS.
Obatnya juga tidak pelit, tergantung sakitnya sih.

β β β β β Udh pindah ke tempat baru, jauh lebih nyaman tempatnya
Tapi pelayanan mah tetep gitu2 z, di bagian pendaftaran petugasnya bysa z jutek ga, ramah jg engga ?, jelas2 di situ di tulis pasien harus di tensi, di cek suhu dll, tapi ga di tensi, ga di cek suhu juga padahal saya keluhan'y demam, karena org Indonesia kebanyakan ga enaknya maka'y jarang di tegor x ya, jadi pasien ga di cek suhu ga di tensi ydah deh termasuk saya
Masuk ke ruang dokter di tanya doang keluhan'y apa, engga di periksa
Pas saya tanya "ga di periksa dok?"
Jawab dokternya "ga usah gpp" ??
Oke baik, mungkin cuma di terawang z pasien sakit apa ?
Di bagian obat ga beda jauh sama ibu2 komplek di rumah saya, rame rumpi banget ?
Tapi obatnya mending skrg dapat lumayan banyak, ga kya dlu2 paling cuma 2 macem buat 2 hari ???
