Petugas pendaftaran malah ngobrol munggungin pasien yg mw minta rujukan. Dokter tdk mau priksa pasien di karenakan takut pasien risih. Bilang aja ga mw priksa. Tpi menurut saya sih percuma ngasih ulasan disini. Ga akan ada perubahan juga pelayanan nya. jdi pasien bpjs gini amat wkwkwkw
The registration officer even talked to the patient who asked for a referral. The doctor does not want to examine the patient because he is afraid that the patient will feel uncomfortable. Just say you don't want to check. But I think it's useless to leave a review here. There will be no change in the service either. being a bpjs patient is really like this

Belom pernah kesini, cuma baca kolom ulasanya bikin ngakak, terutama yang komentar tentang dokter giginya.. Saya kasih bintang 5 karena terhibur baca ulasannya bukan karena pelayanannya (karena memang belom pernah berobat kesini)

Tiga kali berobat mata anak ksini ga sembuh2 ( pakai BPJS ), sama dokternya cuma diliat doang terus dikasih obat. Setelah itu saya minta surat rujukan dokter bilang jika tidak sembuh juga akan dibuat rujukan. Ketiga kalinya datang ke sana dan belum sembuh juga penyakit mata anak saya baru akan dibuatkan surat rujukan, tapi disuruh antri, saya diminta no telpon agar nanti dihubungi jika surat nya sudah jadi. Tapi setelah 10 hari nunggu belum ditelpon jg, akhirnya saya datang lagi ke klinik, saya tanya ko surat rujukan belum jadi alasan tidak ada diagnosa Dr dokter jadi blm bisa dibuatkan surat rujukan. Disarankan suruh diperiksa lagi biar dibuatkan diagnosa, dokter bilang penyakit matanya bukan kategori penyakit yang bisa dirujuk. Menurut saya dokter disini tidak serius melayani/ memeriksa pasien, ngasih surat buat dibuatkan rujukan tapi tidak ditulis hasil diagnosanya, apa karena saya pakai BPJS!! Dan petugas yg di pendaftaran juga harusnya segera telpon pasien jika memang tidak bisa dibuatkan surat rujukan, jangan pasien disuruh nunggu2 dan percuma aja dicantumkan no telpon pasien disitu., yang endingnya tidak bisa dibuatkan surat rujukan MENGECEWAKAN DAN BURUK SEKALI PELAYANAN NYA

It is recommended that they be examined again so that a diagnosis can be made, the doctor said that his eye disease was not a disease category that could be referred. In my opinion the doctors here are not serious about serving/examining patients, giving letters to make referrals but not writing down the results of the diagnosis, is it because I use BPJS!! And the officer at registration should also immediately call the patient if a referral letter cannot be made, don't tell the patient to wait and it's useless to include the patient's phone number there, which in the end cannot be made a referral letter DISAPPOINTING AND VERY BAD SERVICE

Pelayanannya SUPER JELEK.... perawatnya juga GA ADA RAMAH" NYA. Berobat dah hampir 10x dgn keluhan yg sma krn SAMA SEKALI TDK ADA PERUBAHAN... smp aq sndri minta rujukan, dokter sdh ngasih ijin rujukan ehhh bknnya lgsg dibuatin mlh suratnya ditumpuk doank ktanya byk yg ngantri minta rujukan ngmgnya smbil ngotot lgi.... pokonya sangat" buat kecewa. Pke BPJS bkn berobat berobat gratis kita byr tiap bln tanpa telat lo. Dan lgi dokter giginya jorok... gelas yg buat kumur" hya 1 itu buat semua pasien n alat yg buat priksa juga cma 1 buat semua pasien

I've been treated for almost 10 times with the same complaint because AT ALL THERE WAS NO CHANGES... when I asked for a referral, the doctor gave permission for a referral, instead of making it straight away, the letters were piled up It's just that there are many who are queuing up asking for a referral, while still insisting.... the point is that it's very disappointing. Pke BPJS, not for free treatment, we pay every month without being late. And again, the dentist is dirty... the glass for gargling "Hya 1 is for all patients and only 1 tool for checking is for all patients
