★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this place is interesting. located in pecenongan, where most of the restaurant being expensive, lumpia jakarta have surprisingly reasonable price. Regardless the price, they serve pretty good food and good place. If you happened to be near pecenongan, craving for chinese food and tight on budget, come to lumpia jakarta.
