★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya kotor padahal ini tempat bidan. Bagian kostnya juga lebih kearah gudang penyimpanan yang kotor dibanding dikatakan kost. Mba nya galak galak suka gibahin orang. I dont recomended
The place is dirty even though this is a midwife's place. The boarding house is also more of a dirty storage warehouse than boarding houses. Mba is fierce and likes to tell people. I don't recommend

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya kotor,tidak nyaman,penerangan sangan minim,tidak rekomended ngekost disini,keluarga tidak boleh masuk misal ada tempat untuk ruang tunggu tidakpapa ini sama sekali tidak ada. Kadang tiba tiba tidak boleh diperpanjang dengan alasan tidak jelas.
The place is dirty, uncomfortable, the lighting is very minimal, it's not recommended to stay here, families are not allowed to enter, for example there is a place for a waiting room, it's okay, this doesn't exist at all. Sometimes suddenly it should not be extended for unclear reasons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awalnya iseng periksa disni karena rujukan. Sempet takut dengan ulasan sebelumnya. Tapi alhamdulillah tidak terbukti. Pelayanan baik dan nyaman.
At first it was fun to check here because it was a reference. Was scared by the previous reviews. But thank God it's not proven. Good service and comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaget lihat komentar sebelumnya. Saya pernah ngekost di sini 3 tahun selama kuliah dan semua baik baik saja. Biasanya kalau di tegur karna memang melakukan kesalahan bukan tanpa sebab.
Surprised to see previous comments. I've been boarding here for 3 years during college and everything is fine. Usually if you are reprimanded because you did something wrong, it's not without reason.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempatnya asri, dan juga ibu kost nya baik ramah, termasuk kost murah tapi tidak murahan dengan fasilitas yg lengkap, ada dapur bersama, kulkas, jemuran yang luas dan aman jika hujan, KM dalam,WIFI,listrik, disediakan kasur bantal, Kloset duduk, gas dan sampah sudah termasuk, tempat terawat, tidak ada batasan jam akses keluar masuk karena pegang kunci gerbang sendiri, namun keamanan ttp baik, pokoknya worth it banget untuk kost ditengah kota dengan fasilitas selengkap itu dan harga tidak sampai jutaan??
The place is beautiful, and also the boarding house is kind and friendly, including cheap but not cheap boarding houses with complete facilities, there is a shared kitchen, refrigerator, clothesline that is spacious and safe if it rains, KM inside, WIFI, electricity, pillow mattresses, toilet seat, gas and garbage are included, the place is well maintained, there is no limit on access hours in and out because you hold your own gate key, but security is good, just really worth it for a boarding house in the middle of the city with complete facilities and the price is not up to millions ??

Selain itu, juga ada kost namanya kost delima, ada 30 an kamar, tempatnya bersih, terawat, ibu kost nya juga ramah, ga bakal di keppo in kecuali melanggar aturan kost memang langsung ditegur...tpi semua demi kenyamanan semua penghuni kost..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kost dengan KM dalam paling murah. Sudah termasuk spring bed dan ember+gayung. Ada fasilitas wifi, kulkas dan dapur bersama. Dan sudah include iuran sampah. Bangunannya baru dan bersih. Lokasi nya strategis, lingkungan sekitar aman, dekat masjid dan sarana umum lainnya. Keluarga laki-laki (orang tua) boleh masuk asal izin Bu Kos terlebih dahulu. Worth it sekali dengan harga yang terjangkau.
Boarding with KM in the cheapest. Includes spring bed and bucket+dipper. There are wifi facilities, a refrigerator and a shared kitchen. And it includes garbage fees. The building is new and clean. The location is strategic, the surrounding environment is safe, near mosques and other public facilities. Male families (parents) may enter as long as Mrs. Kos permits first. Worth it at all at an affordable price.
