★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan terkesan tidak niat dan jutek. Lampu toko agak remang-remang sehingga tidak terlalu jelas untuk melihat produk kacamata. Jenis frame yang tersedia juga sangat sedikit dan stoknya seperti itu-itu saja.
Service seems unintentional and dirty. The shop lights are a bit dim so it's not too clear to see eyewear products. The types of frames that are available are also very few and the stock is like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pegawai toko sibuk sendiri dengan handphone-nya. Pelayanannya agak jutek dan seperti tidak niat. Ketika ditanyakan sesuatu, sering tidak dijawab dan kalau pun dijawab... sangat tidak jelas dan cenderung berputar-putar.
Koleksi frame yang tersedia juga tidak begitu banyak. Hanya warna dan model saja yang berbeda, namun untuk tipe/jenis bahannya sama saja. Untuk area toko kurang memadai, lampunya redup menjadikan produk tidak dapat dilihat dengan jelas.
Sangat diharuskan, "tanyakan harga" dahulu dan coba buat perbandingan dengan tempat lain karena harganya kadang tidak masuk akal.

- kualitas framenya kurang bagus, saat minta difix, ga benar2 teliti. Akhirnya cuma bisa dipakai sebentar
Padahal pembelanjaannya ga murah hampir satu juta.
Pertama kali ganti kacamata kesana jadi pengalaman terakhir
