★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the place is crowded most of the time, you won't wait long since they seem to quite skilful in handling a lof of orders.
The noodles were great, Singkawang style noodles, thin but chewy. And recently, I just found out that they changed the taste, in a good way. In the past, it would taste a bit sour, which is atypical of Singkawang style noodle, but Ajong's noodles doesn't have a hint of sourness in it now.
If you don't know, you should know that there's barely any parking spot for cars in the area other than in front of a church just next to it. Luckily, they're available on GoFood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many as 11 toppings are what you can get here from your Bakmie (noodle). You can even get Pare (Bittergourd) and Tahu (Tofu) as toppings. Portion is large. You can't even see the noodle covered by the toppings. Price on the high side but make sense with so many toppings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food, I did not expect the noodle to be this good. I tried the bakmi bakso, and it was great. Although they used a small plate for some menu. The place was quite small and very crowded too, but it is really better to eat on the spot while it is hot!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taste is ok. Parking area is not ok. Location is "challenging". Pricey enough but still reasonable. Service is less, especially from the waitress. Cleanliness could be improved more. Pork lovers will like the menu. I like the kind of noodle. The fried meatball (cha yen) is not ok.

The place is not too big and tends to be said at the wrong time we have to queue to get a seat. But after getting a seat and the order has arrived, it will get an extraordinary taste. Noodles in this place are not halal because they use pork. One of the most common ones that must be ordered is the Super Complete Bakmi Sapi or Fish Meatballs. Can also order Lapcong Special Noodles. Super complete, we will get the most complete menu. We can also order a jumbo version of 1.5 servings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The noodle wasn't chewy and dried, in the other hand it was so tasty and big portion for me. The pork meats were not so special, not marinated well. The star of the menu was the fried (pork) meat ball and the dumpling as well. The place was quite smal and when you're stand near the street, you could smell bad air from waterways

This is one of the best way to maximize my cheating day hehehe. Parking lot is quite difficult and cleanliness of the place is bad. But the taste will make you forget of all that.
