★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a wholesale supermarket. Very good for you who's have a small shop and need to find goods for sale at good price. Most of the goods here are sales at a good price, compare to common supermarket. They sale in bulk here but you can also buy on retail here.
One most important thing here is you have to get a member card to shop here, no other way. So make sure before you entering the shop, get your own card.
Other important thing is you might consider to bring your own shopping bag or boxes (if you're planning to buy a lot of things). They do provide boxes and you can pack your own things after pay on the cashier, but last time I was here they were running out of boxes.. and unfortunately I was buy a lot of small things, so I have to scoop and pack all of that things into my car, it looks like I were having a mobile shop... hehehe...
Best part of Lotte for me, I can find my favourite cereal in 1 kg bag here at a very good price... nowhere else to find it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to get things in bulk. Overall, price-wise, not too much different from retail shops. However, for produce products, you can get fresh everyday with good pricing. Be prepared to pay in cash or by debit cards, as they charge more for credit card payments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We all knew that almost all product at Lottemart ia cheaper then other groceries. But the service is very very bad.
We asked about something about product and price, and they even not trying to answer pur question or help. We are there, but like we are unseen. Unbelievable moral.
And then, we go to customer service and we got nothing, even good intention to say sorry or something.
Very dissapointed experince!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge warehouse with almost anything here for your business needs. Was here to find groceries, not much option compared with hypermart or Giant but enough for daily needs. My only concern is the slowness of the checkout process..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is huge and wide. They provide various kinds of needs at low prices. If you are looking for a large number of items this is the place. Service are good and friendly. Sometimes they give a reward for some minimum amount of payment. Sometimes they provide a package for some occasion like Idul Fitri with cheap price.
They provide fresh meat and fish too.
Spacious parking place.
After you pay, they recheck again the goods that we buy.
