★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Barang kiriman tidak sampai2,ditanyakan ke CS'y dgn menyertakan no resi'y tp mrka malah bingung,alasan'y data belum masuk ke system,padahal resi udh diterima 2 hari sebelum'y dan ditracking barang berstatus "sedang dalam proses" terus.
Kok jd gk sinkron y?
CS bilang data belum masuk system,lah terus kenapa ditracking ada status "sedang dalam proses"?
Punya pesawat sendiri untuk pendistribusian tidak menjamin kwalitas pendistribusian itu sndri
The shipment didn't arrive, was asked to CS'y by including the receipt number but they were even confused, the reason why the data had not entered the system, even though the receipt had been received 2 days before and the tracking item "was in the process" continued.
How come it doesn't sync?
CS says the data has not entered the system, so why is there tracking status "in process"?
Having your own aircraft for distribution does not guarantee the quality of the distribution is simple
