I ordered a printer from Monday to use instant but so far the goods have not been sent yet.
It's useless to have instant service but it's not competent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toko sampah. Barang emang kosong Tokopedia disuruh nunggu doank. Saya sabarin nunggu etika baik2 ujung2nya cuma drama barang uda di return ga dikirim balik. Pencet terima komplain aja ga mau cepat padahal uda ngikutin saran dari pihak fix yang ga kompeten. JANGAN BELI DISINI KOMPLAIN YA TERNYATA BNYK SALAH KIRIM BARANG OFFICIAL STORE AMPAS!
Junk shop. Items are empty, Tokopedia was told to wait, please. I am patiently waiting for good ethics in the end, it is only drama that the goods have been returned and not sent back. I just pressed to accept a complaint, I didn't want to hurry, even though I had followed the suggestion of an incompetent fix. DON'T BUY HERE COMPLAINTS, YEAH, BNYK WAS WRONG SENDING OFFICIAL STORE AMAZING GOODS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan dalam hal komunikasi by wa sangat buruk, tidak di jawab padahal online, nomor yg tertera di webnya tidak ada gunanya , chat terkirim akan tetapi calon customer tidak di respon, padahal saya mau belanja banyak kebutuhan akan tinta & toner, akhirnya saya beralih ke yg lain & pelayanannya sangat baik.
The service in terms of communication by wa is very bad, not answered even though it's online, the number listed on the website is useless, chat is sent but prospective customers are not responded to, even though I want to buy a lot of ink & toner needs, I finally switched to others & the service is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa banget banget bangettt!!! Ga rekomen sumpah beli disini. Beli di admin tokopedia di rekomenin nya tinta lain, nah terus cetak luntur minta tanggung jawab malah disuruh tnggu 3minggu+ bayar ongkir ke surabaya. Hadeh ? bos nya juga ditelfonin awal diangkat terus pura” mati.
Really disappointed !!! Don't recommend the purchase oath here. Buy it from the Tokopedia admin in the recommendation of another ink, so the print runs faded asking for responsibility instead of being told to wait 3 weeks + pay postage to Surabaya. Hadeh ? The boss was also called the first time he was appointed and then pretended to be "dead.
