Layanan bagus dan pengerjaan nya juga rapi. Mesin cuci dan pompa air saya normal seperti baru lagi, pompa air udah ngak berisik lagi. Terimakasih Linggo Mandiri Teknik.

Utk teman2 semua, jgn service disini, teknisi Dan bos nya sama2 tukang tipu, teknisi ga berpengalaman Dan bisanya merusak aja, bukan memperbaiki yg rusak malah tambah rusak, Dan bos yg suka disebut teknisi nya tdk bisa service ternyata....... Cerita nya aku panggil service utk Ac.... Setelah di service bknnya benar malah tambah penyakitnya tuh ac, giliran dimintakan pertanggungan Jawab, malah hrs ganti spare part yg nyatanya tidak rusak, pokoknya teknisi nya ga bisa betulin lg, Dan trs aku ditawarkan kembali uang, teknisi nya bilang uangnya dikembali kan semua, ternyata kenyataannya cuma setengah, artinya tukang tipu itu, akhirnya ac aku hrs nya msh bs dipake sblm di service, jadi RUSAK TOTAL, janganlah panggil tukang service ini...... Mereka semua penipu

After being serviced, it wasn't true, it actually added to the disease, the AC, it was my turn to ask for accountability, instead I had to replace the spare part which wasn't damaged, basically the technician couldn't fix it anymore, And so I was offered it again money, the technician said the money was returned all right, it turned out to be only half, meaning the scammer, finally my air conditioner should still be used before service, so it's TOTALLY DAMAGED, don't call this service man...... They are all scammers

Benerin pompa air disini karna langganan yg biasa lg gabisa, Keluhan: air yg keluar kecil, mesin ga nyala handling: ganti otomatisnya katanya konslet, biaya dipatok 375k (entah harga asli otomatisnya berapa). Kemudian berhasil. Keluhan kedua: 1 minggu kemudian pipa bocor (ntah kepanasan atau kenapa). Padahal sebelum diperbaiki teknisi ini kalo kran mati mesin jg mati, tp setelah diganti otomatisnya ini hidup terus meski kran mati. bahkan air yg keluar sampe panas terkadang (entah efek dr mesinnya yg kerja terus atau bukan) padahal posisi kran mati. Handling kedua: diganti pipanya. Keluhan ketiga: bocor lagi pipanya. Handling ketiga: panggil teknisi langganan saya, katanya pipa yg diganti dipasang paksa. Lalu otomatisnya yg lama masih bisa dipakai. Dan sekarang diganti lagi pakai otomatis yg lama. Kesimpulan: teknisi sepertinya belum berpengalaman dan berani patok harga yg menurut saya diatas rata2. Tolong dievaluasi kembali demi nama baik perusahaan. Review saya berdasarkan pengalaman tidak ada niat menjatuhkan. Karen jujur saya kecewa jadi harus keluar uang berkali2 lipat.

Then the old automatic can still be used. And now it's replaced by using the old automatic. Conclusion: technicians seem inexperienced and dare to set prices which in my opinion are above average. Please re-evaluate for the good name of the company. My review based on experience has no intention of dropping. Karen, to be honest, I was disappointed so I had to spend many times over.

Saya memanggil untuk perbaikan pompa air yang mati. Total biaya 1.5 juta rupiah untuk membetulkan dinamo (kumparan tembaga) di dalam pompa air. Awalnya perbaikan dilakukan sesuai waktu yg dijanjikan (kurang dr 8 jam), pompa diambil malam sekitar jam 1 siang sudah terpasang dan sudah menyala lagi. Rating 3 diberikan karena finishing pengerjaan kurang telaten, ketika menyambungkan pompa air ke jaringan listrik kembali (kabel listrik). Menyebabkan air dan pompanya memberikan efek setruman, dan saya kesetrum ketika saya mau memancing air di pompa saya (untung tidak sampai meninggal). Positifnya, karena masih dalam jangka waktu garansi pihak Linggo Mandiri Teknik memperbaiki sambungan kelistrikannya tanpa biaya tambahan. Awal datang diperbaikan kedua, teknisi bilang masalahnya karena kumparannya kurang tertutup, dan memperbaiki dengan memberikan grounding, setelah saya debat dan insist bahwa grounding tersebut tidak menyelesaikan masalah (karena tespennya masih menyala), akhirnya teknisi melihat ulang sambungan kabel dr pompa ke listrik rumah dan memang itu inti permasalahannya. Karena sambungan tersebut kurang rapi (lakban insulatornya ditempelkan langsung ke kedua kabel yg disambung ulang). Setelah kabelnya dilakban ulang masing2x akhirnya tespen tidak menyala lagi. Jujur saya masih trauma untuk memegang pompa air tersebut tapi mudah2xan sudah tidak menyetrum. Bintang 3 diberikan karena seharusnya saya kena setrum bisa dihindari kalau pengerjaannya rapi dari awal.

At the beginning of the second repair, the technician said the problem was because the coil was not closed, and fixed it by providing grounding, after I debated and insisted that the grounding didn't solve the problem (because the testpen was still on), finally the technician looked at the cable connection from the pump to the house electricity and indeed that's the crux of the problem. Because the connection is not neat (the insulator duct tape is affixed directly to the two reconnected cables). After the cable was re-ducted each time, the tespen didn't turn on anymore. Honestly, I'm still traumatized to hold the water pump, but it's easy to no longer stun. 3 stars was given because I should have been electrocuted, it could have been avoided if the work was done neatly from the start.
