★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buat yang mau service elektronik saya tegaskan sejujur-jujurnya jangan pernah pakai jasa service alwi teknik. Bukan karena persaingan bisnis tetapi saya sebagai konsumen sangat dirugikan berkali-kali seperti :
1. Harga jasa yang sangat mahal (diatas harga standar jasa service).
2. Teknisi yang tidak profesional.
Entah dengan sengaja atau tidak, kulkas Ibu saya dibuat sering rusak berkali-kali / krn cuma ada Ibu saya yang notabennya kurang paham elektronik jadi mudah ditipu. Part original kulkas asli saya ditukarkan dengan part yang bekas sedangkan si teknisi bilangnya ke Ibu saya part kulkasnya baru.
3. Mengulur waktu untuk datang jika kulkas rusak kembali saat jangka waktu garansi supaya apa? supaya garansinya habis jadi nantinya pas teknisi datang harus bayar jasa lagi yang harganya abnormal.
Cukup saya yang merasakan, buat orang lain yang ingin service elektronik sekali lagi "JANGAN PERNAH PAKAI JASA SERVICE ALWI TEKNIK"
TUKANG SERVICE BASIC PENIPU!!!
 For those who want electronic service, I can honestly say, never use engineering services. Not because of business competition, but I, as a consumer, have been disadvantaged many times, such as:
1. Very expensive service prices (above the standard service price).
2. Unprofessional technicians.
Either on purpose or not, my mother's refrigerator was often damaged many times / because there was only my mother who, in fact, did not understand electronics so she was easily tricked. The original part of my original refrigerator was exchanged for a used part while the technician told my mother that the part of the refrigerator was new.
3. Bought time to come if the refrigerator is damaged again during the warranty period so what? so that the warranty runs out, so later when the technician arrives, he has to pay for services again at an abnormal price.
I just feel it, for other people who want electronic service once again "NEVER USE ALWI TEKNIK SERVICE"
FAKE BASIC SERVICE MANUFACTURERS !!!
