★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya hari ini berencana ingin melagalisir dan mengambil sertifikat adik saya di LIA. Pada Informasi google menyatakan LIA buka pada hari Senin, 15 Juni 2020. Saya mencoba menelfon CONTACT PERSON nya, diangkat bahwa mereka bilang buka namun TIDAK memberikan informasi yang jelas dan berbicara tidak jelas pada saat saya menanyakan kembali bagaimana untuk melegalisir sertifikatnya lia padahal tempat lesnya buka, dan seketika nomor dimatikan begitu saja tanpa ada pesan atau apapun. Mohon untuk perbaikan profesionalisme kepada yang memegang kendali contact personnya. Terima Kasih.
Today I plan to legalize and take my sister's certificate at LIA. In Google Information states LIA is open on Monday, June 15, 2020. I tried to call the CONTACT PERSON, appointed that they said it was open but did NOT provide clear information and spoke unclearly when I asked again how to legalize the certificate lia even though the location was open , and immediately the number is turned off without any message or anything. Please improve professionalism for those in control of their contact person. Thanks.
