★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enrolled my 5 year old daughter here a month or so ago. We were told that the class had already started but they would make up the 2 classes she had missed. The teaching seemed decent for just two hours per week. We were surprised to hear that the semester which they told us was 2.5 months long was coming to an end after our first month there. It turns out that they were actually 6 meetings into the class and they refused to refund part of our money or make up the extra 4 classes that she missed. I feel like they deceived us by telling us the semester was only 2 meetings in when it was actually 6 just so they could get our payment. What a disappointing end to what seemed like a decent English school.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EF Karawaci has finally relocated to Supermall Karawaci! With the new decor and fresh colors, this center looks modern and kids friendly. There's a spacious lounge where kids hang out, and there's a room called Chef's Station where EF students can practice their English while cooking. The bathroom is outside the center, but still on the same floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located in the electronic area at the very left corner. It is on First Floor (take escalator twice from lobby floor). The new look provides you Chef Station where the students can learn English in a fun way like cooking. There are plenty classrooms to give everyone the chance to learn English and have fun with us. We have friendly local and English native teachers here.
