★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terima kasih atas pelayanan yg mengecewakan ya LG cabang Perum Bukit Cimanggu City...kasus saya adalah ganti karet mesin cuci front loading LG 14kg dan habis total dgn biaya servis sebesar Rp 865.000..setelah karet terpasang ternyata ada renggang di bagian panel mesin cuci saya..dgn itikad baik saya WA bbrp kali ke nomor Call Center nya..selalu di balas memang tp ya gitu di bohongi trus di janjikan akan dtg lg teknisi..krna saya rmh nya di perum bukit cimanggu city jg ya saya dtg ke lokasi dan seperti biasa di prank lg janjikan dtg tp tdk dtg...ternyata service center LG pelayanan nya sepertii ini..sepertinya hrs hati2 beli barang LG krna after sales nya woooww bgt mengecewakan...trima kasih..
 Thank you for the disappointing service, LG Perum Bukit Cimanggu City branch...my case was to replace the front loading LG washing machine rubber 14kg and it ran out in total with a service fee of Rp. 865,000...after the rubber was installed it turned out that there was a gap in the panel of my washing machine ..in good faith I have WA several times to the Call Center number.. always answered, but yes, they were lied to and then promised a technician would come again.. because I live at Perum Bukit Cimanggu City too, so I came to the location and As usual, I was pranked again, I promised to come but didn't come... it turns out that the LG service center has this kind of service.. I think you have to be careful buying LG goods because the after sales are wooow, very disappointing... thank you..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gila ganti lampu LED doang minta 800? Modal lampu aja di tokped 150rb. Ongkos pasang 650rb? Pelayanan juga jelek. CS nya judes. Wkwk. Jangan kesini nyesel. Apalagi bawa mobil. Bakal di getok harganya ?
Is it crazy to just replace the LED lights and ask for 800? The capital of the lamp is tokped 150 thousand. Installation costs 650k? Service is bad too. CS is bitchy. Wkwk. Don't come here sorry. Especially with a car. Will get the price

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ saya ganti backlight untuk tv saya 55uh cepet bngt , hari ini di periksa besok langsung di pasang backlight nya , teknis rama dan menjelasakan dengan baik kenapa tv saya backlight nya bisa rusak , cs nya juga tangep klu saya menyakan perliha kunjungan
I changed the backlight for my TV 55uh really fast, today I will check tomorrow the backlight is immediately installed, technically Rama and explain well why my TV backlight can be damaged, the cs is also responsive when I ask for a visit
