Tempat kecil. Hanya menerima sedikit pengunjung Krn pandemi. Tempat seharusnya bisa dikembangkan lebih baik/rapih/indah.

Lokasinya sempit utk parkir, Jika tidak hati2 bisa lewat atw kurang kelihatan.. Mungkin patokan yg paling aman adalah Dealer Yamaha yg berada beberapa meter disebelahnya dan Bank Mandiri di depannya. Untuk pelayanan dari beberapa customer mengungkapkan kepuasannya, untuk kelengkapan spare part dan harga berbanding lurus dgn customer yg sudah pernah melakukan perbaikan. Terimakasih, Semoga bermanfaat. ?

Pelayanan buruk,tv saya hidup terkena air ac langsung saya matikan dan saya bawa untuk segera cepat dibongkar sebelum terkena komponen tapi tahu nya duit duit duit, saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan toko ini dan saya kecewa sama LG jika seperti ini (bongkar di cek mati bayat 35 trus kalo hidup bayar 500 padahal bongkar doang) SAYA SANGAT KECEWA LG yang di beringin ini. Sangat buruk
Bad service, my TV was exposed to water, I immediately turned off the air conditioner and I brought it to be quickly dismantled before being exposed to the components but knew it was money, I was very disappointed with the service of this shop and I was disappointed at LG if it was like this (unloading at check dead dead 35 and if you live pay 500, even if you unload it,) I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED at this banyan LG. Customer servis LG beringin bener2 tdk profesional sama sekali..br beli ac inverter rusak selama sekitar 3 bulan pemakaian dan di nyatakan ganti komponen yg rusak..selang beberapa hr sy tanya ke CS nya komponen yg mau diganti sdh ada atau blm dan CS nya jawab blm ada..dan sy nanya kapan komponen nya ada? CS nya ga tau dan hny bilang tunggu ditelepon dr pihak kami aja ya Pak... Parah,masa sekelas LG ga ada perkiraan hr kapan komponen dtg atau target kerjaan diselesaikan gitu... Jawab nya di tunggu2 terus aja..masa kalo sebulan atau setahun di tunggu jg tanpa kepastian? LG ga ada prosedur kerja yg jelas ya dlm servis gituan? Ini yg rusak AC pendingin loh bukan TV yg diganti hp atau mesin cuci yg bs pake laundry kiloan...AC tiap siang dan malam itu menderita krn kamar tidur tertutup dan panas..masa disamain dgn yg pemakainnya bs di tunda.. Mohon segera diperbaiki kualitas kerjaanya..next sy bnr2 kapok beli LG ac lg..
LG Banyan customer service is really not professional at all..br bought an inverter ac that was broken for about 3 months of use and it was stated to replace the damaged component..after a few days I asked CS whether the component I wanted to replace was there or not and the CS answered not yet available..and I asked when the components will be available? The CS doesn't know and just says wait for a call from us, sir... Worse, during the LG class, there is no estimate of when the components will arrive or the work target will be completed... The answer is, just wait and see.. can you wait a month or a year without certainty? LG doesn't have a clear working procedure for that kind of service, right? This is the damaged AC cooler, not a TV that has been replaced by a cellphone or a washing machine that can use kilos of laundry... the air conditioner every day and night suffers because the bedroom is closed and hot. Please fix the quality of the work immediately.. next time I'm tired of buying LG ac again..

gak bagus banget baru service blm ada 1 minggu tbtb tv saya rusak lagi. jd sebernya tv saya itu dibenerin apa gaksih, saya beli tv mahal loh dan LG itu merk bagus tp hasil blm ada 1 tahun beli udh rusak 2 kali
not very good, new service has not been available for 1 week tbtb my tv is broken again. So actually my tv was repaired or not, I bought an expensive TV and LG is a good brand but the results haven't been there for 1 year, I bought it already broken 2 times

Saya beli baru tv 32 in kurang lebih harga Rp 2,5jt dan tv tsb beberapa tahun kemudian rusak panel nya dan harus ganti baru. Tapi alangkah kagetnya saya setelah datang kesini menanyakan harga panel LED yaitu seharga Rp 2,9jt + ongkos pasang -+ Rp 180rb... Mungkin itu pengalaman saya disini.
I bought a new 32 in tv for about Rp. 2.5 million and the tv a few years later broke the panel and had to replace it with a new one. But how surprised I was after coming here asking the price of the LED panel, which is Rp. 2.9 million + installation fee - + Rp. 180k... Maybe that's my experience here.
