Mau share pengalaman servis di bengkel ini, cukup mengecewakan. 1. Staff servis tidak ramah. Menerima tamu kurang ramah dan sopan. Tidak ada salam, melayani customer juga terkesan malas-malasan dan β€œenggak niat”. Beda staff yang ikhlas bekerja atau tidak ikhlas bekerja. Oia satu lagi, Pakai masker pun enggak. Mana protokol kesehatannya? Kacau deh.. 2. Tujuan saya mau servis berkala, cuma teknisinya terkesan kerjanya mau cepat-cepat saja. Setelah dicek katanya tidak ada masalah pada motor, maka hanya diarahkan ganti oli. Lalu setelah selesai servis barulah dibilang ada masalah pada seal master rem belakang dan perlu dilakukan pergantian, sparepartnya pun harus indent dan tidak ready. Akhirnya tidak ganti. Satu minggu kedepannya, pengereman kendaraan saya sudah tidak enak, saya coba cek ke bengkel resmi yamaha lain, ternyata part seal master rem tidak ada masalah. Justru ada masalah pada kampas rem dan minyak rem yg sudah habis. Hal ini tidak diinfokan oleh teknisi sebelumnya. Bisa-bisanya hal seperti ini sampai lolos pengecekan. Padahal bagian rem sangatlah penting. Kacau balau. Kapok euy servis di sini. Ga lagi-lagi. Semoga keluhan saya bisa menjadi evaluasi tim terkait.
Want to share service experience in this workshop, quite disappointing. 1. Service staff is not friendly. Receiving guests is less friendly and polite. There are no greetings, serving customers also seems lazy and "no intention". Different staff who sincerely work or do not sincerely work. Another one, don't even use a mask. Where are the health protocols? What a mess .. 2. My goal is to have periodic servicing, only the technicians seem to want to work quickly. After checking, he said there was no problem with the motorbike, so it was only directed to change the oil. Then after finishing the service, you say there is a problem with the rear brake master seal and need to be replaced, the spare parts must also be indent and not ready. Finally it didn't change. One week later, my vehicle braking was not good, I tried to check with another Yamaha authorized repair shop, it turned out that the brake master seal part had no problem. In fact, there is a problem with the brake lining and brake fluid that has run out. This was not informed by the technician beforehand. How could something like this pass the checking. Though the brakes are very important. Chaotic. Give up service here Not anymore. Hopefully my complaint can serve as an evaluation of the related team.

Mekanik nya okeehh.. gak asal main ganti spare part.. selama masi bisa di betulin ya di betulin ga main ganti.. biasanya mekanik2 yg ogah ribet main bilang ganti2 aja.. Kenapa sih pendaftaran dan pembayaran ga jadi 1 pintu aja atau satu pegawai daftar.. beda orang, mw pesen spare part beda lg, mw bayar beda lg, padahal ruangan cman segitu2 aja cman beda 3 meter.. alangkah lebih baik klo jadi 1 pintu/1 pegawai ga ribet lebih gampang pengurusan dan efisien gaji untuk pegawai kan.. coba tengok lah honda wahana.. prosesnya simpel.. maaf soalnya saya punya 2 motor yamaha dan honda.. bukan bermaksud menjelekan.. tp untuk bahan evaluasi kedepannya agar lebih baik
The mechanics are okay... don't just play, replace spare parts.. as long as you can fix it, fix it, don't play, replace it.. Usually the mechanics who don't bother playing say just replace it.. Why is registration and payment not just one door? or one employee register.. different people, I ordered different spare parts, I paid differently, even though the room is only that much, only 3 meters different.. it would be better if you were 1 door / 1 employee it's not complicated, it's easier to manage and efficient salaries for employees right.. look at the honda rides.. simple process.. sorry because i have 2 motorbikes yamaha and honda.. I don't mean to be bad.. but for evaluation material in the future to make it better
