Saya adalah seorang mahasiswa yang kost di levardi. Saat saya keluar kos, serah terima kunci, kamar saya dicek dan dinyatakan tidak ada barang rusak/bermasalah lalu H+2 saya keluar kosan, saya diinfokan bahwa toilet saya kotor. Padahal saat saya keluar, kamar sya dibersihkan dan tidak ada komentar. Deposit saya dipotong karna h+2 saya keluar toilet kotor padahal diawal dioke.
Anggaplah kalian nginap dihotel dan checkout, kamar kalian dinyatakan aman tapi h+2 ditagih duitnya karna ternyata bantal hilang. Yang salah siapa, kalian yang menilai.
Nice place, all nice but less professional systems.
I was a boarding student at levardi. As I got out boarding, handing over the key, my room was checked and found no broken goods / problem and H + 2 I went out into the God, I diinfokan that my toilet was dirty. Yet when I came out, sya room cleaned and no comment. My deposit was cut because h + 2 I come out the dirty toilets when beginning dioke.
Suppose you nginap dihotel and checkout, you declared safe room but h + 2 charged his money because it turns out the missing pillows. Which one of whom, you judge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanya berkunjung untuk melihat2, cukup nyaman tempat kost nya apalagi sudah ada cafe makan di depan jadi ga jauh2 cari makan
Just visiting to have a look, it's quite comfortable where the boarding house is especially there is already a cafe to eat in front so you don't have to go far to find food

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ngekos dulu di Levardi tahun 2017, saat itu adalah kos paling sesuai budget dengan fasilitas yang mumpuni. Dilengkapi fasilitas AC, KM dalam, water heater, Wifi, Cuci gosok, parkiran, air minum, tv, meja makan, kulkas, dapur. Kamar dan lingkungan kosan semuanya bersih. Itu plusnya
Negatifnya, dulu karena jumlah orang nya nyampai 20 orang kalau ga salah (6 kamar * 3 lantai + 2 atau 4 kamar double bed) jadi internet sering lemot dan ga ada koneksi. Fasilitas water heater dulu sih ga bisa menampung kapasitas semua org pagi" ketika mandi.
Tapi kyknya gara" fasilitasnya kebanyakan dan masih baru.. penetapan harga dengan fasilitas yang diberikan tidak sesuai sampai harus menaikkan biaya sewa kos yang lumayan tinggi.
Tapi overall salah satu kosan yang nyaman dan aman sih...

The negative, in the past because of the number of people up to 20 people if I'm not mistaken (6 rooms * 3 floors + 2 or 4 double bed rooms) so the internet is often slow and there is no connection. The water heater facility used to be unable to accommodate the capacity of all morning people "when bathing.
But apparently because "the facilities are mostly new and still new ... the price determination with the facilities provided is not appropriate until it has to increase the cost of boarding rental which is quite high.
But overall, one of the boarding houses is comfortable and safe, though ...
