★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengalaman tidak mengenakkan yaitu, waktu cek awal kondisinya kotor dan kami minta semua dibersihkan dan dirapihkan, namun pada saat kami mau tempati kondisinya memburuk yaitu selang saluran closed bocor, engsel pintu rusak dan dinding yg banyak paku dan bercak ternyata blm dibersihkan...kecewa berat kami.
The experience was not pleasant, namely, when the initial check was dirty and we asked for everything to be cleaned and tidied up, but when we wanted to occupy it the condition worsened, namely the closed drain hose was leaking, the door hinge was broken and the wall with lots of nails and spots had not been cleaned...very disappointed we.

Housekeeper (i called her Teh beneng) was nice and neat, aisle always clean in the morning,
24hours always guarded by Pak Ipay and Pak Hengky also worth to appreciating
If you park your vehicle, don't be surprised if your vehicle is full of dust because the area is filled with trucks loaded with sand(but it's not a problem)
All in all quite ok; we had not much to complain except the quality of water service but once we have pointed them into the right direction, they improved.
