Saya ada masalah dengan perusahaan tempat saya bekerja, saya ditempatkan dicirebon sebagai vendor bidang consumer good bagian IT dan perusahaan yang menempatkan saya tidak mempunyai cabang didaerah dan kantornya dipusat daerah mampang, saya bekerja dari tahun 2011 sampai 2019. tiba2 perusahaan memberhentikan saya dengan alasan efisiensi budget dan saya diberi kompensasi 3 bulan imbal jasa kemudian ada surat pembatalan tanpa diskusi terlebih dahulu bahwa karyawan yang di daerah dipindah ke jakarta. apakah saya boleh menolak pindah dan meminta imbal jasa beserta hak/pesangon. Mohon solusinya karena saya tidak punya keberanian untuk melawan.
