★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objectively everything was good, but for my own preference it was a bit lacking. The only complain I have was the restaurant didn't have halal certificate. No separate utensils for non halal food, so even though there were halal main course foods, I opted for bread and pastries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I love from this place is that they have an excellent service here. Had an event here, so we have lots of leftover foods and the staffs were kind enough to provide us box to take the food. During the event, they also fast at dealing with our requests. We had two coffee breaks and one lunch. And they provide extra snacks during lunch. All the snack were great, but the lunch menu were underrated. Their bitterballen was really nice and so were the cakes.
The meeting room is grand and classy. They have higher ceiling so that makes the room looks so big. Overall equipment and wifi were great. Oh, I also love their praying room. The room were on the 2nd floor and it was built from one of the hotel room I guess. So, it felt private and I love it. It was also divided between the men and the women room so we can be more flexible. Just one minor issue, when I was praying Maghrib, there was no one other than me and my friend. And we couldn't find the light's switch. So, it kinda feels creepy, but we still have the light from the bathroom. So, it's still feels inconvenient. Please do fix that. Thank you?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although I only stayed here for 1 night, i have to say everything are trully 5-star. Room and facilities are very clean and well maintained. The staff also amiable and friendly. The Breakfast tha I had here is one of the best among the other 5 star hotel in Jakarta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great hotel. had a meeting here and the meeting room was huge and nice. the facilities were great and the services was good as well. the toilet was exceptional. the restaurant has a good choice of food also. the served several styles of food such as Asian, Indonesian, Indian, Western cuisine. what I really love was the Nasi Uduk/Liwet and the dessert.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to 4 to 5 stars hotel. This is by far the second best. The interior is wide and very good. The rooms are also very good, the sofa is nice, the TV is a good quality smart TV. The swimming pool is great. The food on the restaurant, the best ever including the Gelato(ice cream). Litterally everything is excellent. I hope I can go here more because I am with my parents and I go there relying on my parents ????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a little disappointed. The rooms need renovations. Sleeping was very hard because the noise from the street is very loud. Also the curtains are kind of light linen material and light comes right through. The toilet seat had two colors white and kind of yellowish. TV is very old. If it was not that I was there for quarantine I would have changed the hotel. The staff and service excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m staying in Le Meridien Jakarta for my quarantine since 9 January 2022. I chose the hotel because I believe that the hotel can provide me with a comfortable stay and ensure all my needs are fulfilled accordingly.
So far, I would say that the room and accommodation are pretty cozy. The room had been well maintained, and the staff seemed helpful.
My most significant issues are the food and its quality. The hotel had given me the menu to choose the food daily. However, for the last three days I have been here, none of them is up to an acceptable standard. I hope the hotel can rectify this as soonest possible.
