★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rasa sudah oke tapi pengiraman kue nya sangat lama. kesalahan bukan terjadi melalui kurir tp dari toko nya. janji jam setengah 9 kue dateng tapi kata kurir nya jam setengah 9 dia baru ambil kue dari toko nya,baru sampe ke kantor saya jam 10 pagi. ketika kami menghubungi toko, toko memberikan banyak alasan dan berbohong. sangat tidak profesional dalam menangani komplain dari klien.
The taste is okay but watering the cake is very long. The error did not occur via tp courier from his shop. promise at half past nine cake came but the courier said at half past nine he just took the cake from his shop, arrived at my office at 10 am. when we contacted the store, the store gave many reasons and lied. very unprofessional in handling complaints from clients.
