★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Banyak yg hilang. Ga cuman satu dua. Dan ketika di telfon bad attitude.bukannya minta maaf, tapi malah nyolod . Pelayanan buruk sekali !!!!
Many are missing. Not just one or two. And when on the phone, bad attitude, instead of apologizing, but sticking out. Very bad service!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan mengecewakan, karyawan ga bertanggung jawab, barang ada yg hilang bukannya dicariin bener-bener. Ditunggu ngehubungin ga ada kabar sampe udah males nanyain. Terus kemaren laundry bedcover udah bayar, berhubung alasan ga ada panas (alias hujan terus) jadi blm bisa diambil, eh pas mau ngambil kasir lupa input kalau kemarin sudah bayar, jadi malah suruh bayar 2x. Belum lagi tas laundry ikut2an ilang. Gimana sih baru dikasih tanggung jawab kecil aja masih ga becus, apalagi suruh ngurus tanggung jawab besar.
Disappointing service, irresponsible employees, missing items instead of really looking for them. Waited for contact, there was no news until I was too lazy to ask. Then yesterday the bedcover laundry was paid for, because the reason was that there was no heat (aka it was raining) so it couldn't be picked up, uh, when I wanted to take the cashier, I forgot to input if I paid yesterday, so instead I was told to pay 2x. Not to mention the laundry bag is also missing. How can you just be given a small responsibility, it's still incompetent, let alone tell me to take care of a big responsibility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and cheap laundry service! They managed to wash plushies with care although it took 2 weeks to finish the process (they use the manual sun drying process for plushies). The plushies they washed also smell nice and the smell lasts long. The staffs are also nice and they implement the COVID protocol well.
