★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Homestay dengan nuansa arsitek tur Eropa, sungguh futuristik yg membuat liburan anda Serasa singgah di hotel berbintang namun mendapatkan privasi seperti tinggal di rumah sendiri. Lokasi home stay ini dekat dengan pusat kota dan tidak banyak homestay yg terletak di sekitaran Jogja yg beraksitektur seindah ini.
 Homestay with the feel of an architect of a European tour, truly futuristic that makes your vacation Feel like stopping in a starred hotel but getting privacy like staying at home. The home stay location is close to the city center and there are not many homestays located around Jogja that are as beautiful as this architecture.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar persis di foto. Luas, nyaman, bersih. Tiap kamar ada ruang tamu masing-masing. Sempat ada masalah dengan AC tapi langsung ditangani dan beres. Penjaganya ramah dan baik (Mas Edi), pemiliknya juga (Bu Feli). Channel TV hanya ada lokal. Dekat ke jalan Seturan Raya jadi buat cari makan, ngopi, laundry kiloan gampang banget. Di depan homestay ada warung indomi buka jam 10 pagi - 1 malam. Letaknya bukan di pinggir jalan raya jadi gak berisik, enak buat istirahat. Kalau ke Yogya lagi mau nginep di sini lagi ah.
The room is exactly in the photo. Spacious, comfortable, clean. Each room has its own living room. There was a problem with the air conditioner but it was immediately handled and sorted out. The guard is friendly and kind (Mas Edi), the owner too (Bu Feli). TV channels are only local. Near to Jalan Seturan Raya, so you can find food, coffee, laundry kilo, really easy. In front of the homestay there is an Indomi shop open at 10 am - 1 night. The location is not on the edge of the highway so it's not noisy, it's good for rest. If you go to Yogya, you want to stay here again.

Tempatnya enak, di dalem komplek jadi gak berisik. Kalau ga salah ada 4 kamar dalam homestay ini ( 2 atas 2 bawah ). Tiap kamar dilengkapi 1 kamar tidur, 1 kamar mandi, sama ruang tamu (all full furnish), ada wifi, dan free cofee/tea and snacks.
Penjaga homestaynya ramah dan kalo butuh apa-apa fast respon. Lingkungannya bersih dan homestaynya cantik dengan aksen batak (ughhh namanya aja DeJaboe yang artinya Rumah) cocok buat foto-foto juga.
Untuk harga menurutku ya standar, kemarin beli lewat traveloka lebih murah dan ada diskon juga hehe??
Rekomended untuk yang mau liburan, wisudaan, atau harian. Btw, ada burjo pas depan homestay tinggal panggil aja dari balkon ntar dianterin?
Mungkin saran aja disediain air refill atau kulkas hehehee

Stay here for graduation in January 2018.
The place is nice, in the complex so it's not noisy. If it's not wrong there are 4 rooms in this homestay (2 top 2 below). Each room is equipped with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, the same as the living room (all full furnish), there is wifi, and free cofee / tea and snacks.
The homestay guards are friendly and if you need anything fast, respond. The environment is clean and the homestay is beautiful with batak accents (the name is only DeJaboe which means House) suitable for photographs as well.
For the price, according to me, it's a standard, yesterday it was cheaper to buy through traveloka and there was a discount too hehe??
Recommended for those who want a vacation, graduation, or daily. By the way, there is Burjo, right in front of the homestay, just call it from the balcony and wait for it
Maybe the advice is to provide a water refill or a hehehee refrigerator

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nginap 7 mlm disini sgt memuaskan....kmr bagus, furniture bukan abal2 dan luas 29 m2. Owner sgt baik dan respon...yg jual makanan byk bisa jln kaki dan laundry jg di sekitar homestay. Kl ke Jogya pasti bakal kesini lg.....tp pgn coba ke GuruGiri juga. Top deh ?
Staying 7 nights here is very satisfying....the room is good, the furniture is not fake and the area is 29 m2. The owner is very kind and responsive... those who sell a lot of food can walk and do laundry around the homestay too. If you go to Jogya, you will definitely come here again.....but don't try to go to GuruGiri too. Top deh ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A so so experience. Place is big but doesnt come with a kitchen. Internet was not really stable and cut off for hours at times. Also i didnt trust the staff on site and was right not doing so.

It was a homestay with 3 rented private room. What you see is what you get literally. The host provide real picture of her premise.
Booked my room through airbnb, it was easy and communication with the owner was smooth, she answered my question promptly and clear. I also requested fridge with additional charge which not much really.
The design of the place are functional, from the room until the small balcony behind. There's door separating the bedroom and the rest so you can comfortably receive guest. I can say it's designed well. The bed and pillow are comfortable and the sheets smell really good.
I stayed for 2 weeks and the host informed me that they'll not clean the room daily, instead it'll be weekly to change the sheet and all, but you can always request to clean (sweep, mop, clean the bathroom) anytime. Their housekeeper is around to attend you, you can call or message him.
They have parking space which fit 2 to 3 cars.
Water dispenser provided.
Food stall was everywhere. You can choose from numbers of variety around the premise. Also gofood always an easy way out.
The only drawback was ants. You cannot keep food/drinks outside, it'll attract ants. For me it's not an issue as i keep all food/drinks inside fridge. Just need to wipe clean the floor after eating then you'll be safe.
Overall I enjoy my stay and would definitely come back again.
