★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Akhir tahun kemarin saya ngelaundry disini pegawai nya ramah banget, bales wa saya ramah gtu.. Tp kenapa skrg pas saya whatsapp lg, kyk ga sopan ya balasannya.. Apa pegawai baru kah yg skrg? Kurang di brifing tuh dalam memberikan pelayanan yg maksimal seperti apa.. Masa customer nya yg jauh lebih sopan di whatsapp daripada pegawai? Saya juga bekerja d bidang pemberi jasa, jadi saya tau dan mengerti bagaimana harus memperlakukan customer dengan baik.. Mohon ditegur pegawai yg memegang handphone TKP.. Makasih

What new employee now? Not being briefed in providing maximum service like what .. How come the customers are much more polite on WhatsApp than the employees? I also work in the service provider sector, so I know and understand how to treat customers well .. Please reprimand the employee who holds the TKP cellphone .. Thank you
