The lady does all the washing herself, and is careful with making sure not to damage clothes (she says that she gives close attention and that she takes responsibility for any problems). She's very helpful and explains everything. Note that if you have specific stains that need attention, you need to point them out when submitting the clothes, so that she can give them specific attention.
For customers living within a certain distance from the shop, she will deliver the laundry to their residence, when it is finished. Delivery doesn't cost extra. She will WA message you when she is on her way and call you when she has arrived.
The shop has received many good ratings and that's why I tried them. It seems the track record is verified by my experience. I will be a repeat customer.
Note that the shop is closed on Sundays.
