★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hasil laundrynya patut diacungi jempol, bagus, bersih dan wangi. tapi sayang kurirnya suka batalin pick up/delivery TANPA KONFIRMASI. bahkan ketika dihubungi tidak ada jawaban. dan ngga cuma sama saya, temen saya jg mengalami hal yg sama. sayang sekali sih kalo kilohana harus kehilangan banyak pelanggan cuma karna pegawainya gak bener.
 laundry results deserves thumbs up, good, clean and fragrant. but unfortunately the courier likes to cancel pick-up / delivery WITHOUT CONFIRMATION. even when contacted there was no answer. and not just me, my friend also experienced the same thing. too bad if kilohana have to lose a lot of customers just because the employees are not right.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laundrian masuk tanggal 16 Juni. Wa/ sms/ telp lambat di respon. Bilang akan diantar kemarin, ditunggu sampai malam tidak ada kabar, tiba2 bilang yg pick up ngga ada.. padahal coba bilang dari awal, saya bisa minta Go-send / Grab delivery sendiri.
Sampai sekarang telp/ WA / SMS saya tidak di respon. Sudah minta gojek/ grab kesana (jam 10.30) katanya tutup..sekarang posisi saya mau packing karena besok sudah pindahan luar kota pakai pesawat pagi.
Saya cuma mau pakaian saya sekarang dikembalikan baik sudah maupun belum selesai, direspon, sebaliknya panggilan saya malah di alihkan.
Klo seperti ini dari awal saya tidak akan laundry pakaian saya disana.
Saya menyesal, beda sekali yang sekarang sama yang dulu ?

Sempat langganan disini setengah tahun lebih, hasil cucian emang bersih dan bagus, dan ga pernah ilang. Cuma pelayanan NOL.
Yang paling parah kurirnya namanya IRWAN kali ya. Saya sering kasih tips dan selalu berusaha ramah, ternyata dia ngelunjak
Cucian saya sering ga tepat waktu, hampir semingguan pernah
Tapi ini yang paling parah
1. Cucian kiloan dan promo bedsheet, saya masuk hari selasa harusnya selesai hari jumat. Saya hubungin ga ada respon. Oke saya maklum karena langganan.
2. Hari sabtu jam setengah satu siang saya dateng ke tempat, karena kebetulan lewat. Ternyata laundry saya yang terjadwal kemarin malah belum selesai
3. Saya kesal dan ngomong minta kompensasi. Paling ngga permintaan maaf, tapi ga ada permintaan maaf atau kompensasi berupa apapun juga
4. Akhirnya laundry saya diantar jam setengah 5, dan salah satu baju saya hilang. Saya telpon ternyata masih ada di tempat, tapi bilang nya ini promo jaket? Padahal saya masuk hari selesa, sedangkan promo jaket itu senin. Dan baju saya itu jumper dengan hoodie saja, malah di bilang itu jaket.
5. Si irwan ini kurang ajar, dia bilang saya ga mau bayar. Padahal saya cuma mau etiket dia aja menjelaskan kenapa masuknya ke jaket, padahal biasanya juga itu masuk ke kiloan.
Kalo ownernya liat post saya tolong di japri dong, saya mau komplain terkait hal-hal tertentu. Padahal hasil cucian bersih dan wangi, cuma kalo yang kerja begitu sih ogah ngasih rejeki kesini. Sayang banget

4. Finally my laundry is delivered at half past 5, and one of my clothes is gone. I called apparently still in place, but said this jacket promo? Even though I entered the end of the day, the jacket promo was Monday. And my shirt is a jumper with a hoodie, instead it says it's a jacket.
5. The irwan is insolent, he says I don't want to pay. Even though I just wanted etiquette, he just explained why it went into a jacket, whereas usually it also goes into the kiloan.
If the owner sees my post, please help me, I want to complain about certain things. Even though the results of the laundry are clean and fragrant, only if those who work like that don't want to give a fortune here. Really love
