★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lahan di Lapangan Rampal ini terbilang sangat luas dan terbagi menjadi beberapa bagian. Di sini ada beberapa fasilitas olahraga yang cukup lengkap. Anda bisa menjajal jogging track yang mengelilingi lapangan ini pada bagian tengahnya. Ada pula dua lapangan basket, dua lapangan voli, dan dua lapangan tenis yang bisa dicoba semua. Selain itu, terdapat pula peralatan fitnes sederhana untuk melatih otot-otot badan Anda. Terdapat pula batu terapi yang umumnya dimanfaatkan oleh para lansia.Tak hanya di pagi hari, sore hari pun ada saja orang yang sengaja membakar keringat di lapangan ini. Pada hari kerja memang tak banyak yang berolahraga santai, tapi kalau sudah akhir pekan, atau hari libur, mereka yang mencari keringat jumlahnya bisa berkali-kali lipat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lapangan paskhas sering buat latihan ABRI, Pernah latihan menembak, bom jg prh dengar Krn sy prh tinggal di selatan paskhas. Depan rmh biasa utk lewat latihan jg. Selain itu lapangan paskhas jg utk tanding sepak bola, utk sholat idul Fitri idul Adha juga.
Paskhas Square is often used for ABRI training, I have been in shooting practice, bombs have also been heard because I live in the south of Paskhas. The front is normal for passing training too. Besides that, the paskhas field is also for soccer matches, for Eid al-Adha Eid prayers too.

Cukup luas lapangan nya.
Tapi tidak ada gazebo untuk berteduh.
