Namun untuk Pasien BPJS yg mau cabut Gigi terutama Gigi bungsu, waiting list nya penuh sampai Juni 2022 (4 bulan), padahal Saya TNI juga....
Tapi klu Pasien Bayar Mandiri bisa langsung besoknya ditangani d Cabut...
Harapannya kedepan nya agar lebih baik lagi...

Semoga info ini bisa membantu bapak/ibu.
Sebelum datang, pastikan jadwal hari dan jam dokter yg bertugas sesuai dengan poli tujuan bapak/ibu (jadwalnya silahakan lihat di galery foto yg ada di lokasi gmaps ini)
Sebaiknya test antigen dahulu diluar, agar menghemat proses waktu untuk menuju klinik tujuan. Aturan baru ini diberlakukan sejak 1 feb 2022, diwajibkan untuk melampirkan hasil test antigen.
Di lakesgilut ini sebenarnya disediakan test antigen, namun antriannya lumayan panjang. Jadi, sebaiknya dipersiapkan sebelum datang kesini.
Yg perlu disiapkan
1. Pulpen (Membawa pulpen sendiri akan memudahkan anda untuk mengisi data-data, agar tidak menunggu giliran pulpen yg tersedia).
2. Surat rujukan (jika menggunakan BPJS, ini wajib) + fotocopynya (sediakan min 4 rangkap fotocopy untuk jaga jaga).
3. ID BPJS (sediakan min 4 rangkap fotocopy untuk jaga jaga).
4. Bawa uang cash untuk jaga jaga, karna sistem pembayaran disini belum bisa non tunai. Walaupun disediakan 1 mesin ATM, buat jaga-jaga apabila mesin ATM tsb mengalami kendala (karna mesin ATM di area lakesgilut ini hanya 1)
5. Hasil test antigen (Jika ada. Jika tidak, bisa test disini, namun antri)
Alur:
1. Sebaiknya datang lebih awal sebelum pendaftaran dibuka jam 7, agar mendapatkan nomor antrian dengan angka belum mencapai puluhan.
2. Dari parkir > menuju lobby ke petugas yg berjaga, ambil nomor antrian dan isi form skrining (lengkapi identitas serta tujuan poli sesuai dengan yg tertera di surat rujukan BPJS)
3. Berikan form ke petugas di gate, lalu di cross check > diarahkan antri ke ruang pendaftaran pasien.
4. Untuk di loket pendaftaran, jika pasien baru, akan diarahkan untuk isi form (ini lumayan banyak ada beberapa lembar form). Siapkan fotocopy (fc) rujukan + fc id BPJS, karena setelah ini akan diminta.
5. Setelah dari loket pendaftaran, selanjutnya diarahkan ke ruang 1/ruang oral diagnosa (disini akan dicek oleh dokter gigi umum sebelum ke tahap selanjutnya)
6. Setelah tinggal mengikuti arahan sesuai dengan keluhan dan poli spesialis yg ada di surat rujukan.
Sebelum dan sesudahnya, saya ucapkan sama-sama.

It's better to test the antigen outside first, in order to save the process time to get to the destination clinic. This new rule has been in effect since February 1, 2022, it is required to attach the results of the antigen test.
In Lakesgilut, an antigen test is actually provided, but the queue is quite long. So, better be prepared before coming here.
What needs to be prepared
1. Pen (Bringing your own pen will make it easier for you to fill in the data, so you don't have to wait for the available pens to turn).
2. Reference letter (if using BPJS, this is mandatory) + photocopy (provide min 4 photocopies just in case).
3. BPJS ID (provide min 4 photocopies just in case).
4. Bring cash just in case, because the payment system here cannot be non-cash. Even though 1 ATM machine is provided, just in case the ATM machine has problems (because there are only 1 ATM machines in the Lakesgilut area).
5. Antigen test results (if any. If not, you can test here, but queue up)
Plot:
1. It is better to arrive early before registration opens at 7, so that you get a queue number with numbers not yet in the tens.
2. From parking > to the lobby to the guard on duty, take the queue number and fill out the screening form (complete the identity and purpose of the poly as stated in the BPJS referral letter)
3. Give the form to the officer at the gate, then cross check > be directed to queue to the patient registration room.
4. At the registration counter, new patients will be directed to fill out a form (there are quite a few forms). Prepare a photocopy (fc) of referral + fc id BPJS, because after this you will be asked.
5. After the registration counter, you will be directed to room 1/oral diagnosis room (here will be checked by a general dentist before proceeding to the next stage)
6. After just following the directions according to the complaint and the specialist poly in the referral letter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Informasi jadwal praktek, jadwal pendaftaran, dan jadwal ceremonial lainnya tdk diposting by online. Yg jauh2 datang kesini dan telat disuruh balik besoknya. Rugi waktu dan rugi biaya perjalanan, belum lagi harus urus ijin kerja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Komunikasi tidak jelas. Kunjungan pertama Februari kemarin. hanya daftar pasien baru dan bayar kartu setelah nya baru dikabari kalau poli bedah mulut msh isoman. Sebulan kemudian, Ditelfon, poli bedah mulut sudah beroperasi dan melakukan pelayanan, 5 hari setelahnya dateng langsung dan kata bagian pendaftaran masih isoman belum bisa memberikan pelayanan. Gimana ni kok beda beda infonya.
Communication is not clear. First visit last February. just register a new patient and pay for the card after it was just informed that the oral surgery poly is still isoman. A month later, on the phone, the oral surgery poly has been operating and providing services, 5 days later it came directly and said the registration department was still not able to provide services. How come the information is different.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kesini karna mau persiapan casis, krna sengaja cari dokter militer yg spesialis ortho, dan di rekomendasiin disini sama dokter Rachmini, kesini haris swab antigen ya ad di UGD 90rb, terus krna baru pertama kali kesini jadi gak bisa ktmu sm dokter ortho lagsung jdi harus konsul ke dokter gigi umum, drg Rahmah, komunikatif.& ramah tmpat nunggunya udh kya tmpat nunggu pejabat, krna dia kya di ruangan khusus gtu, ini bayar 90rb.. setelahnya kita disuruh nunggu buat ktmu dokter.Rachmini spesialis orthonya skitar jam stgh 7an beliau bru ada, dokter baik dan ramah,beliau dokter senior jdi emg sudah agak sepuh, tanya jawabnya juga enak.. informatif.. biaya behel disini 9,5jt dan perdatang untuk konsul 275rb. suasa di RS ini sepi sunyi dan memang sudah tua ya, spertinya harus ada perbaikan agar lebih seger.. dan pembayaran semuanya masih manual bukan ketikan yg biasa di RS.. jdi msh pake kwitansi semuanya.. yg jaga juga bnyak TNI muda kya bru slsai pendidikan..
