★ ★ ★ ★ ★ September 2020 Klinik Utama dijalan Srengseng sangat kurang pelayanannya .. klinik sudah buka jam 7 tapi cuma ada OBnya, mba-mba labnya belum datang, padahal saya dan Mbah saya sudah datang ontime jam 7. Karna info jadwal klinik yang sudah ter tempel di depan pintu Buka jam 07.00 - 13.00 Kita menunggu hampir 30 menit mba - mbanya baru datang, dan kecewanya dia datang tanpa meminta maaf kepada kita karna sudah menunggu terlalu lama .. tolong kepala bagian ataupun orang yang berwewenang untuk menegor mba ceweknya yang kinerjanya masih sangat kurang, seharusnya ontime dong sesuai sama jadwal dan tolong di ajarkan sopan santun, untuk bagian yg berwenang sekali kali mengontrol agar mba mbanya tidak datang terlambat terus, kenapa saya tau kalau mba mbanya sering datang terlambat? Karna saya tau dr OBnya, ketika saya menanyakan ke OBnya ko jam 7 lewat 15 belum datang juga ya lalu OBnya menjawab iya tunggu sebentar Bu, karna memang yg jaga mba mbanya suka telat. Nah jadi tolong di adakan kontrol dr atasan, kalo kaya gini mengecewakan customer, karna kasian juga kan kalo ada customer sudah tua dan harus menunggu lama, udah gitu ga ada etika baik untuk meminta maaf, kecewa saya sama mba mba perempuan LAB nya..
