Baru kali ini ngerasa kecewa.. pagi² org lagi laper, mesen ayam 3 udah ada di note nya dada semua, trs knapa yg sampe malah paha semua, kecil² pula? Buat karyawan kerja jujur/teliti lah .. lain kli klo emg ga ada dada bilang boss konfirmasi dlu ke customer.. udah kapok saya beli di cabang srengseng cukup kecewa

This is the first time I'm feeling disappointed.. people are hungry in the morning, I ordered 3 chickens already in the notes, all chests, then why is it that all of them are thighs, too small? For employees to work honestly / meticulously.. another time if there is no chest, the boss said to confirm first to the customer.. I've given up on buying it at the Srengseng branch, I'm quite disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya salah satu pelanggan setia Gold Chick, biasa pesen tuh yang cabang Rawabelong, tapi karena udh malem dan lebih deket pesen lewat cabang srengseng. Request sih sesuai Dada dan Tidak pedas tapi parahnya ga pake keju karena saya pesen Ayam Geprek Keju. Terus solusinya apa? Gak ada. Next time jgn beli di cabang ini, kalau bisa di tutup aja soalnya saya liat di rating ojol ini resto sering banget ngasih makanan yang kurang kayak air mineral ga ada tanpa confirm, paket nasi dikirim paket mie dll
I'm one of Gold Chick's loyal customers, I usually order the Rawabelong branch, but because it's late and it's closer, I order via the Srengseng branch. The request is according to the chest and not spicy but the worst thing is that it doesn't use cheese because I ordered Cheese Geprek Chicken. What's the solution then? There is not any. Next time, don't buy at this branch, if you can just close it, because I see in the ojol rating, the restaurant often gives food that is lacking, like mineral water doesn't exist without confirming, rice packages are sent, noodle packages, etc.
