★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waktu serumah isolasi sempat bingung mau periksa ulang PCRnya gmn, telp kontak Prodia 15830, lalu dari Prodia Karawang ada yg menghubungi bisa ada layanan datang ke rumah, pdhl rumah di Delta Mas.... senang banget ga usah datang ke labnya. Pokoknya puas banget sama layanannya, hasil juga cepat. Sukses terus Prodia!!
When the house was isolated, they were confused about how to re-check the PCR, contact Prodia 15830, then someone from Prodia Karawang contacted someone to come to the house, even if the house is in Delta Mas... very happy you don't have to come to the lab. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan, test tgl 1 feb pagi dijanjikan tgl 3 feb keluar hasil, sampai saat yg di janjikan hasil blm keluar. Sy menulis ini 3 Feb pukul 14.22. Padahal hanya test Dengue dan PCR.
Ketika sy konsultasi dengan dokter di RS lain, dokter malah menertawakan saya, katanya test darah sudah komputerisasi hanya 1 jam hasil bisa keluar.
Kesimpulan : Prodia Karawang, maaf tidak saya rekomendasikan.
Very disappointing, test promised early on 1st feb th 3 feb out a result, until the time that the promised results not done out. Sy write these 3 Feb at 14:22. Though only dengue and PCR test.
When sy consultation with a doctor at another hospital, the doctor laughed at me, he already computerized blood test results only 1 hour to get out.
Conclusion: Prodia Karawang, sorry I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat mengecewakan, antrian lama banget dan petugasnya kalau ditanya tidak memberikan jawaban yg jelas. Dari awal security, CS, sampe pemeriksaannya ga jelas banget alurnya.
Antrian antara umum sama MCU bikin bingung, udah datang duluan tapi ada yg datang belakangan langsung di periksa.
Dokter baru datang dari jam 10 an padahal antri dr jam 7. Total waktu buat MCU pemeriksaan standar 4 jam (7 - 11).
Udah pernah MCU di Prodia Jogja sama Prodia Samarinda tapi pelayanannya ga kayak gini, bagus2 aja.
Very disappointing, the queue was very long and the staff when asked did not give a clear answer. From the beginning of security, CS, until the inspection, the flow was not very clear.
The queue between the general public and the MCU is confusing, they have arrived first but someone who came later was immediately checked.
The new doctor came from 10 o'clock even though the queue was at 7 o'clock. The total time for the MCU standard examination was 4 hours (7 - 11).
There have been MCUs at Prodia Jogja and Prodia Samarinda, but the service is not like this, it's just good.
