★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely decorated place, but the waitress have no manners and in no mood of serving. Most of the menu is not being actually sold and the workers informs so rudely.
The good point is just its located on the national library.
If you need to grab something to eat or drink i recommend the cafetaria several floors above. Much cheaper, more options, and the workers shows intention to work
