Kalau biasanya kwetiau siram menggunakan kuah air panas sebagai campuran agar masakan tersebut berkuah dan basah. Namun berbeda di tempat ini penjual menggunakan kuah Kaldu yang gurih dan asin.
Buat mereka yang senang masakan berbumbu pekat akan cocok dengan kuah ini bahkan penjual memberi garansi bahwa gurihnya akan terasa atau uang kembali. Berbeda dengan mereka yang senang dengan bumbu yang mild mungkin penyajian ini terasa agak asin.
