 I am disappointed with how the credit collector works, plus it is very disappointing, please train again, the collectors can work properly and are polite to consumers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa proses claim asuransi lama banget sudah hampir jalan 5 bulan belum ada kejelasan ya...qlo ditanya dikantor cabangnya selalu masih proses,harus menunggu sampe kapan???

Very disappointed the process of claim for a long time insurance is almost running 5 months there has been no clarity huh ... if asked at the branch office is always still in process, how long should I wait ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sy sangat kecewa dg kreditplus mnt relaksasi gak di acc akhir y angsuran sy telat jd 2 bln dr awal mnt keringanan karna dampak covid kurang ajar biadab parah banget gak liat kondisi lg bgni gak konsekuen sy dah mnt relaksasi kata nya bs dah sy serahkan data persyaratan y sy trima screen shot sistemnya dpt keringnan lama berjalan tau2 kolektor telpon sy katanya gk d acc kurang ajar banget sialan mana yg bnr skrg motor sy di paksa mnt di tarik sungguh laknat jahanam pdhal sy dah separo jalan angsuran

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa sama kredit plus depok. Udh 2 kali.. Yg pertama bulan februari 2017, telat bayar krn saya diluar kota kok malah dtg kerumah pdhl baru 3 atau 5 hr ? Bikin ibu saya sakit jantung karena pihak kredit plus ga pernah hubungi saya pdhl kan udh ada data. Udh saya complain tuh. Eh bulan ini bikin lg kecewa masa saya udh bayar tgl 17 juli dibilang blm bayar. Itu bilang blm bayarnya nge WA ade saya tgl 19 juli. Yg minjem tuh gue kok ga nanya ke gue ya. Apa2an tuh..

Makes my mother sick of the heart because the credit plus never contact me even though there is already data. I'm already complaining. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kredit plus cab tebet tolong jgn memeras kita yg susah.. Kita sudah bayarkan angsuran nya 5 bulan langsung.. Tpi karna motornya ketarik dikenakan biaya eksternal yg cukup BESAR BIAYANYA yaitu 1.500.000..gilaa gak tuh.. Di masa pandemi bgini duit segitu susah nyarinya..
Kita bayarkan eksternal nya tapi bukti kwitansi eksternal gak ada.. Jdi dana itu dikemanain??
Angsuran 3.125.000+1.500.000 = 4.625.000
Kita ada iktikad baik buat bayar, tpi tolong jgn seenaknya kasih harga eksternal 1.500.000..
Tolong dijelaskan!!! Apakah sebesar itu biaya Eksternal nya??? Klo memang tidak, pecat karyawan anda itu.. Namanya Syukron.. Cab tebet.. Saya mau komplain bagaimana❓ pelayanan nya juga buruk.. Gak ada kejelasan nya..
