★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyawannya kurang komunikatif.Baru terlambat bayar 1 bulan lebih sdh kirim DC kerumah.Da gitu minta bayar biaya buka blokir sgla yg ga kira2 smp 2 juta!! Dasar rentenir berkedok leasing!!! Bln September mrka bayar Mata Elang bt tarik unit kendaraan sy saat sy sdg bersama anak istri di Jateng.Dgn bohong mrka ajak sy ke tmpt yg mrka blg kantor perwakilan TAF disana.Di tempat tsb ternyata rekan2 mrka smua orang2 Ambon berwajah seram2 & berbadan besar2.Ada sekitar 10-15 org disna yg mengelilingi sy dan anak2 sy.Dlm keadaan tertekan & anak2 sy yg sdh nangis ketakutan akhirnya sy terpaksa menyerahkan unit mobil sy tsb.Dan smp detik ini dr pihak TAF tdk ada satupun yg menghbgi sy lg sejak unit sdh ditarik mrka.Bagi mrka dgn unit sdh ditarik adalah keuntungan yg amat besar bagi leasing TAF tsb.
Dgn kejadian yg sy alami ini, saran sy berpikir lg 2x jika mau ambil kredit dr Toyota, apalg dgn leasing anak perusahaan mrk tsb yakni Toyota Astra Finance.Terima kasih.
 The employees are less communicative. Just being late in paying more than 1 month has already been sent by DC to the house. So I asked to pay the unblock fee, which is not about 2 million !! Basic moneylender under the guise of leasing !!! In September they paid Mata Elang to pull out my vehicle when I was with my wife and children in Central Java. I was lying to take them to the place where they were at the TAF representative office there. There are about 10-15 people who surround me and my children. In a depressed situation and my children who have been crying I am finally forced to surrender my car unit. they are being withdrawn. For those who have withdrawn the unit is a huge benefit for the TAF leasing.
With this natural occurrence, my advice is to think twice if you want to take credit from Toyota, what's with the leasing of their subsidiary namely Toyota Astra Finance. Thank you.

Padahal sudah minta kelonggaran 6bulan..

Angsuran tetap di naikan...
Nasib customer selalu kalah..

Leasing . Pinjaman pokok saya sdh lunas bahkan sdh ada lbh nya .dikarenakan sebab suatu hal usaha lagi bangkrut ditambah adaanya musibah pandemi covid19 saya tertunggak tdk dpt melakuan pembayaran angsuran . Mau pelunasan tetap aja dikenakan biaya pinalti dan bunga keterlambtan .

Leasing. My principal loan has been paid off even if it has more. Because for some reason the business is bankrupt, plus there is a pandemic disaster. If you want to pay it off you will still be charged a penalty fee and a delay in interest.

Bisa melakukan booking jika ingin melakukan pengambilan dokumen seperti BPKB supaya tidak perlu mengantri lama
Hanya saja tempat parkir agak terbatas.
Comfortable place, friendly service.
