★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pengurusan A5 sudah dipermudah walaupun belum efisien saat antrian padat, tetapi secara administrasi lbh simple daripada tahun-tahun sebelumnya untuk pemilih asal luar daerah.

Long queue. And public toilet facilities are not clean. Not too much parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sistem pelayanan kurang maksimal dan cendrung lambat. Area peletakan dan pengambilan berkas hanya 1 area kecil dan jadi 1 meja. Tidak ada sign ini area apa, itu area apa. tidak ada CS untuk pemberian informasi. Lebih adil jika dibuat sistem ambil nomor urut, bukan tulis absen sendiri. Pengurusan a5 juga tidak maksimal, dipanggil per 10 org untuk pengumpulan berkas. Lbh baik mengadopsi sistem pembuatan visa, yg tinggal memasukkan berkas ke wadah, kalau sudah selesai tinggal panggil. lebih baik lagi diberikan instruksi tertulis butuh berkas apa2 saja agar org2 yg datang tidak buta arah. Area tunggu tidak layak, outdoor dan di luar
The service system is less maximal and tends to be slow. Laying area and file retrieval are only 1 small area and become 1 table. There is no sign of what area this area is. there is no CS for information provision. It is more fair to make a system take the serial number, not write your own absence. Management of a5 is also not optimal, called per 10 people for file collection. It is better to adopt a visa-making system, which only needs to put the file in the container, when it's finished, just call. even better given written instructions need any files so that the people who come are not blind. The waiting area is not feasible, outdoor and outside
