Accreditation explanations are easy to understand. When visiting the KAN office, the receiving staff was very patient and clear in explaining the accreditation procedure. Service via email fast response. The Kanmis website has facilitated well for accreditation applications. Hopefully the service can be improved and it is easier for customers to get information for the status of the accreditation results
