The midwife service is friendly and informative. The birth experience here was assisted by the midwife Anisa who was super patient and accompanied me well, even though the birth process took me a long time. Hopefully next time can serve well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dari pertama kali coba pengobatan dan cek kehamilan sampai saya lahiran di Citama Arco pelayanannya sangat memuaskan. Kebetulan saat hamil saya dipegang oleh bidan Anisa, orgnya imut"... masya Allah bidannya ramah, sabar dan telaten bgt menghadapi sy yg agak banyak tanya. pelayanan dr personil yg lain jg baik dan ramah. kalau ada yg perlu ditingkatkan mungkin lebih di sarpras nya yaa.. supaya suasana klinik lebih terang dan terlihat glowing..
From the first time I tried treatment and pregnancy checks until I gave birth at Citama Arco the service was very satisfying. Incidentally when I was pregnant I was held by the midwife Anisa, the person is cute "... masya Allah the midwife is friendly, patient and very painstaking in dealing with me who ask a lot of questions. The service from other personnel is also good and friendly. it's okay.. so that the clinic atmosphere is brighter and looks glowing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dpt info klinik ini dr tmn yg kebetulan lahiran di klinik citama arco. Pas banget aku lg cari2 info utk lahiran juga. Dan wkt itu usia kandungan baru masuk trimesper ke 2 klu gak salah. Lgsung deh pas ada wkt ke lokasi dan tanya². Dr perawat yg bertugas di infoin bidan siapa aja yg bertugas. Salah satunya bidan nisa, ya uda lagsung klik pilih ke beliau kontrolnya.
Kontrol hr pertama dgn Bd. Nisa bikin nyaman gak was2 (krn pengalaman di kehamilan ke 6 uda di antisipasi sm Bd sebelumnya dr cara penyampaiannya bikin hati jd takut dan disampaikan jg utk stop hamil lg mengingat uda byk ank trus usia jg sdh mau masuk 36)
Wlu jarang kontrol (maklum kehamilan ke 7 soalnya ? ) tp ttp Bd. Nisa nanganin dgn baik, sabar dan detail juga jelasinnya. Pokonya nyaman deh klu ditangani beliau.
Apalagi pas menjelang lahiran (kebetulan hbs magrib uda ngasih tanda si baby) ya uda aku langsung ngabari beliau dan nanya mlm ini beliau ada jam praktek gak? Alhamdulilahnya beliau tgs dan ttp mantau melalui wa dan infoin klu sdh 5 menit sekali lgsung ke klinik. Dan lahiran dini aku baru tau ada metode tiup² ke arah perut jdnya lahiran kmren gak sesakit biasanya, alhamdulillah banget.
Alhamdulillah sebelum subuh dedek lahir dgn selamat. Syukran jazakillah ya bd. Nisa, hanya allah yg bisa membalas kebaikan bu bidan nisa.
Trimakasih juga utk perawat klinik citama arco atas pelayanannya. Recomended bt yg mau periksa kehamilan atau yg lainnya.
Kmren aku juga baru keklinik antar ankku kakinya kena jari² motor. Dan yg prakter kebetulan doktet suci ?, beliau jg bikin nyaman saat kita kontrol. Gak nyudutkan kita atau nyalahkan kita knp kok bisa begitu dll (Pengalaman perna digituin soalnya sm dokter di rs lain, jd bikin hati aku jd down).
Sekali lagi makasih ya atas pelayanannya baik bu dokter, para bidan terutama bidan nisa, dan juga para perawat yg sudah membantu dan melayani kami dengan baik. Semoga kalian sehat selalu ?
Got info on this clinic from a friend who happened to be born at the Citama Arco Clinic. It's just right that I'm looking for info for the birth too. And at that time the pregnancy was just entering the 2nd trimester, if I'm not mistaken. Just when you have time to go to the location and ask questions. The nurse on duty informed the midwife who was on duty. One of them is Nisa's midwife, yes, just click select and let her control it.
First day control with Bd. Nisa makes me feel comfortable and not worried (because the experience in my 6th pregnancy was anticipated by Bd before, the way it was delivered made my heart scared and it was also conveyed to stop getting pregnant again, considering that there are already many children and the age of 36 is already going on)
I rarely have control (be aware of the 7th pregnancy because ) but still Bd. Nisa handled it well, was patient and explained in detail. The point is that it's comfortable to be handled by him.
Especially right before the birth (coincidentally, at sunset, the baby has already given a sign) so I immediately contacted him and asked him if he had practice hours tonight or not? Thank God he is on duty and still monitoring via wa and info if it's been 5 minutes straight to the clinic. And when I gave birth, I just found out that there is an inflatable method to the stomach, so the delivery is not as painful as usual, thank God.
Alhamdulillah, before dawn, Grandfather was born safely. Thank you, jazakillah, bd. Nisa, only God can repay the kindness of the midwife Nisa.
Thank you also to the clinic nurse Citama Arco for their service. Recommended bt who want to check pregnancy or others.
Kmren I also just got to the clinic, where my son got hit by the motorbike's toes. And the practitioner happens to be a holy doctor , he also makes us comfortable when we control. Don't corner us or blame us, why did that happen, etc. (Experience has been digitized, because I was with a doctor at another hospital, so it made my heart go down).
Once again, thank you for the good service, Mrs. Doctor, the midwives, especially the midwife Nisa, and also the nurses who have helped and served us well. I hope you are always healthy
